The structure and the phase of Al203/Zr02 plasma spraying powder and ceramics coating with doping nanometer and prefabricating were investigated by modern material analysis means such as SEM and XRD etc. The results showed that the powder structure using plasma spraying doping nanometer was micrometer cladding nanometer in its surface and little nanometer regiment structure.

利用XRD、SEM等观察分析了纳米掺杂A12O3/ZrO2粉末及等离子喷涂涂层组织形貌及结构，结果表明，Al2O3-ZrO2等离子喷涂粉末是由纳米包覆微米级粒子及少量的纳米团聚体球团粒子构成。
