前人对此领域的研究相对较为薄弱，但鉴于此领域涉及面较广，本人能力及精力有限，所以本文只以对铅球成绩起重要作用的上肢快速力量为切入点，选用上斜杠铃卧推为训练手段，通过对三个实验组分别采用不同的负荷组合进行为期两个月的训练，以期得出在用上斜卧推杠铃训练手段训练时最佳的训练负荷方法组合。
