The control principle of electrostatic shaping was introduced according to the balance between electrostatic force and resulting force formed by membrane deformation and the complex shaping process of SMEC. Then, taking the trisection circularity electrode for an example, the distribution characteristic of electric potential in the electrostatic field was analyzed, namely, the expression of potential function in the electrostatic field was deduced by Laplacian equation. And then, by combining the difference equation with electric potential expression, the numerical solutions of electrostatic force in single electrode mode and trisection circularity electrode mode were disposed.

根据静电力与薄膜变形载荷作用力之间的平衡关系和静电拉伸薄膜反射镜成形的复杂过程，介绍了薄膜反射镜静电成形的控制原理；以三等分环状电极为例，分析了静电场中空间电势分布特性，即从拉普拉斯方程推导出静态场势函数的表达式；然后，利用差分与电势方程结合的方法，对单电极电场力和三等分环状电极电场力进行了数值求解；最后，将计算面形与理想抛物面进行了比较，结果显示，单电极情况下得到的薄膜反射镜面形不是理想抛物面，若采用多电极控制可获得更高的控制精度。

Because of the nonuniqueness in the positional solution, it's not easy to test the performance of the coordinated control system. So the model of NN was built to convert the vector of the length of 6 jars into the vector of the position of the motion deck. It's fast and accurate for the lengthwise direction. The state space system model of the six degree freedom motion simulator was built by the equations of electrodraulic servo mechanism and the multi-body dynamics equation of the six degree freedom motion simulator,the vector of the length of 6 jars was the control variable.

本文结合六自由度运动模拟器的多体动力学方程和电液伺服驱动机构的特性，经简化得出了具有实际意义的六自由度运动模拟器整体系统的状态空间方程式，通过分析该系统的稳定条件和能控性，采用状态反馈对系统的状态方程式进行合理配置，从而建立了以运动模拟器杆长向量为控制变量的运动模拟器整体控制系统，并将该控制系统输出的杆长向量转换为位置向量。

Following that, we implement the algorithms of FOC, space vector pulse-width modulation, and speed control using the digital signal processor. Regarding to the influence of controller parameters on dynamic response of the motor speed, this thesis proposes the speed control of PMSM using self-tuning fuzzy technique. By the self-tuning technique, the on-line fuzzy logic controller output can give better speed response under the load disturbances or variable speed commands.

本文首先使用数位讯号处理器完成磁场导向控制、空间向量脉波宽度调变及速度控制之策略，针对控制器参数对系统动态响应之影响，提出采用自调式模糊控制器於速度控制回路，藉由自调式机制，线上调整模糊控制器之参数，使PMSM在变动负载及速度命令下有较佳之动态响应，达到提升系统响应及强健性之目的。
