The paper takes the steam turbine valve actutors and control systems as the object of study, and the fast valving of regulating valves in case of electrified wire netting failure plays an important role. The disadvantages of electro-hydraulic control systems for steam turbine available are discussed, and the principle of the new system and its design method are presented, experimental study and theoretical analysis results concerning the steam turbine electro-hydraulic control system based on the new combination principle are reported in this paper.

本文把汽轮机蒸汽阀门电液执行机构及控制系统作为主要的研究对象，尤其是针对于电网故障时，调节汽门快关控制问题进行了深入的研究，指出现有汽轮机电液控制系统存在的问题，在继承和总结前人研究的基础上，提出了汽轮机电液控制系统组成原理的新思想与系统设计的新方法，对基于这种新原理的汽轮机电液控制系统进行了系统的理论分析与试验研究。

火电厂中钢球磨煤机筒内存煤量的测量问题一直是制粉控制效率低和自动控制难以投入运行的主要原因之一，针对D-S 证据理论存在的不足，而利用神经网络具有的自组织、自学习、并行分布处理、高度容错性和鲁棒性的特点，本文提出了一种将证据理论与神经网络相结合的数据融合方法，并将其用于解决球磨机存煤量的测量问题。

It's an effective measure of fast valving in improving the dynamic stabilities of power system and preventing the overspeed of steam turbines, but the fast valving technique available can satisfy the need of modern steam turbines no more. On the basis of the new type fluid logic valve, which combines the regulating systems and safety systems happily, the steam turbine EHC based on new principle is put forward, one of its outstanding characteritics is, the fast valving is operating in a closed control loop. For the implementation of control for steam generator regulation and safety systems with nonlinear mult-operating modes, a new methodology for designing a fuzzy logic controller is proposed, which is based on the combination of"error phase plane"and"variable universe of discourse". Application of a double-mode FLC with the new methodology is presented, the validity of the design methodolody is desmonstrated by test; A new methodolody is also presented to improve the design and tuning of a FLC using variable structure control theory.

本文还详细讨论了快关控制在提高电力系统暂态稳定性及超速保护中的应用，分析了现有的快关控制规律的局限性，研究出一种基于新型快关阀的汽轮机电液控制系统，其突出特点是使汽轮机闭环快关成为现实，指出这种基于新的组成原理与设计方法的汽轮机电液控制系统对不同工况下的适应能力；针对汽轮发电机组多工况、非线性的特点，提出一种把&误差相平面&方法与&可变论域&思想有机结合的双模FLC设计与调整的新方法，试验结果表明该系统具有良好的动、静态特性；为改善FLC控制规则的设计与调整，作者还介绍了一种把滑模变结构理论成功应用于模糊系统设计的新方法。

Firstly, this paper analyzes the transmission style of diving machine in detail and selects hydrostatic transmission as transmission manner of Heavy Engineering Transporter. Then we analyze the principle of hydrostatic transmission, control style of hydraulic components and the basic driving theory of transporter and pay attention to solve the problems of driving speed-regulation control when transporter runs on different road surface and differential speed control ensured every wheels pure roll when transporter is in swerving.

接着分析了静液压传动的液压原理、静液压传动液压元件的控制方式和汽车行驶理论基础，主要解决了以下控制问题：(1)车辆在不同工况下行驶时，选择不同速度的整车调速控制；(2)车辆转弯时，为确保车轮实现纯滚动，而使各驱动轮按设定规律运动的差速控制；(3)车辆从一坡度过度到另外一坡度时，使每个驱动桥实现同步的桥间差速控制。

Aimed at the increasing eco-environmental problems, including water shortage, water pollution, soil salinization, water loss and soil erosion, loss of function of the channel and river, biocenose degradation, etc, which severely infected the sustainable development for irrigation area, the main works in this paper are summarized as followed: constituting the measures of water resources shortages for developing agricultural water-saving technologies and adjusting agricultural structures; constructing the water polluting control and purification system of Mushroom lake: source control and decrement-sewage collection and treatment - channel ecological interception - wetland treatment -reservoir purification; putting forward the systematic projects for soil salinization and water loss and soil erosion of the integrated application of water conservancy agriculture and forestry.; constructing the ecological impervious channel model in west bank, from all of which theoretical bases and technical support for the eco-environmental rehabilitant in Manasi irrigation area were offered. All of these works were based on data collection, technical analysis, on-the-spot investigation, experimental research and technical development about Manasi irrigation area, etc.

通过对玛纳斯河灌区进行资料查阅收集、理论分析、现场勘察、试验研究和技术开发等途径，针对玛纳斯河灌区存在的水资源短缺、水体污染、土壤盐渍化、水土流失、沟渠河道功能缺失、生物群落退化等日益突出的严重影响灌区可持续发展的生态环境问题，制定了发展农业节水技术、调整农业结构的灌区水资源短缺的措施，构建了&源头控制减量-污水收集处理-引水调控-渠道生态截留-湿地生态处理-库区生态净化&的蘑菇湖水污染控制与净化系统；提出水利、农业、林业综合应用的灌区土壤盐渍化、水土流失问题的综合治理方案；构建了西岸大渠生态防渗型渠系模式，为玛纳斯河灌区生态环境修复建设提供了理论基础和技术支持。
