控制原理

This paper mainly studies the technique of the width control of E2 edger mill which belongs to Panzhihua Iron and Steel Industry. It introduces the development of the technique. In addition, this paper describes the Automatic Width Control technique in detail, including the composing and the control principle of the AWC hydraulic system.

本文主要研究了攀钢E2轧机的自动宽度控制液压系统，介绍了宽度控制的发展概况，并详细论述了E2轧机宽度自动控制系统的组成及原理——针对轧制力变化引起立辊轧机有载辊缝波动而相应调节侧压位移量以补偿辊缝波动。
