Synthetically considering these characteristics, the method of freeway management and control are presented according to four aspects: system objective orientation and concept design, system demand and requirement analysis, system data management and network structure, traffic control and accident detecting theory as well as its application. Function and structure of system are delimitated from the point view of integration. Construction and function demand of subsystem are analyzed and basic implement projects are presented. In this thesis, system data flow and management method and target which based on system network topology structure and equipment demand are described. Traffic modeling ideology and the process of making dynamic model as well as accident detecting program are presented with centralized and distributed traffic control theory in detail, then freeway ramp control theory which based on predictive model and its theoretic pattern are explored. Finally, based on the object oriented programming, program of accident detecting and checking on freeway is developed by using visual C++ as tool.

论文综合考虑高速公路交通管理系统的上述特征，分别从系统目标定位及概念设计、系统需求分析、系统数据管理及网络结构分析、交通控制与交通事件检测理论与应用四个层面，对高速公路交通管理与控制问题进行了系统阐述，界定了系统的功能及各功能的实现要求，并从系统集成角度划分了系统的结构；分析了各子系统的信息、功能、建设等方面的需求，给出了基本实施方案要求；对系统数据流程进行了描述和梳理，提出了数据管理的方法、目标及措施，分析、设计了系统网络拓扑结构及设备需求；阐述了交通模型的建模思想和动态交通模型的建立过程，对集中式和分散式全局交通控制理论进行了详细的分析，提出了基于预测的高速公路匝道控制理论，并对理论模式及相关的问题进行了研究，分析了高速公路事件检测系统，并采用面向对象的编程思想，以Visual C++为编写工具，开发了高速公路事件检测系统分析软件。

In organization level, design activity fragmentizing strategy and negotiation mechanism are applied to schedule the collaborative design process. To present the uncertainty in design, resource sharing, message passing and real-timed interaction between programs, the integrated control Petri net is adopted to model and simulate the collaborative level. Control level is realized by workflow model, which control the tasks in collaborative design by means of user management, access control and task control rules.

本文通过细化设计活动策略和协商机制，实现了组织级的协同设计过程规划；针对常用的有色Petri网方法不能解决实际系统运行中出现的不确定性、资源共享、信息传递和外部程序的实时交互等问题，通过对有色Petri网的扩充，提出了采用集控Petri网方法，用于协调级的建模和仿真；采用工作流模型为控制级实现，从用户管理、访问控制模型、协同任务控制规则三个方面实现协同设计过程的任务流控制。

Though the present switching power supply has been already much lighter and handier than the early linear power supply. But the switching power supply interior still contains a lot of control functions and each control circuit needs some external passive devices, so it still has certain volume and weight. If we combine all the control circuits and the passive devices with whole combo control IC, it will efficiently reduce the volume and weight of the power supply, and the manufacturing cost of the products can be reduced, too.

this paper makes the gas remote monitor network as background to do some research on the qos guarantee of the network.qos is a synthesis guide line which can be used to estimate the degree to satisfy with some server,which is a technology to solve the problem of delay and congestion in network.it must integrate multi-qos mechanism to get good qos guarantee in the practical application.three qos models in the ip net application and homologized affective factors are demonstrated.meanwhile,the field of qos protection strategy arrangement in shaanxi coal mine gas network has been picked up as the example.for this situation,the comparison to the different qos models is doing strictly.by combining the tcp congestion control arithmetic with ip congestion control arithmetic,the paper also emphatically describes the corresponded arithmetic model for that.stimulatingly,it is promoted the qos characteristic over-area effectively,which it is based on the original single congestion control.

摘 要：以陕西煤矿瓦斯监测远程联网为背景，研究其联网网络的qos保障策略实现。由于现有的各种qos实现机制无法单独为陕西煤矿瓦斯监测联网网络的qos提供保障，因此在实际应用中必须结合多种机制才能得到较好的qos保障效果。比较了传统ip网络的qos结构体系，通过分析intserv和diffserv两种模型的基本原理、工作方式，并指出其各自的优缺点和网络应用环境，设计了将rsvp协议与diffserv模型相结合来满足瓦斯监测数据传输实时性的要求；针对陕西煤矿瓦斯联网的特性，提出了将tcp拥塞控制算法与ip层拥塞控制算法相结合的算法模型，并且该模型的应用可以在原有单一拥塞控制的基础上有效地提升跨地区网络的qos特性。关键词：服务质量；综合服务模型；区分服务模型；拥塞控制

Empirical results show that the ultimate controlling shareholders play a vital role in explaining analysts' forecast errors. Its proxies for controlling shareholder's stock hypothecating ratio, board seats controlled by controlling shareholder, president as well as CEO controlled by controlling shareholder all reveal significant direct or potential effects on analysts' forecast errors. Whereas, the ratio of cash flow right to stock voting right has a negative impact on forecast errors.

实证结果显示，控制股东概念之治理变数却大多呈现对分析师预测误差有著直接或潜在作用，作为控制股东持股质押率代理变数之董监持股质押率，与控制股东董事会席位比率对於分析师预测误差皆具显著正向影响；当公司发生损失时，董监持股质押率、现金流量权占控股权比率与分析师预测误差呈现显著负相关，控制股东的参与管理则对於分析师预测误差则呈现显著正向作用。

A measurement scheme is proposed by theoretical analyzing and experiment, which is a mutidiscipline method relating to optics, precision mechanism, electronics, computer science and control technology. In the designing of the controller, a fourfold phase photoelectric battery is used as the photoelectric incepted sensor, an ADuC812 chip is used to sample data and a incomplete numeric differential PID arithmetic is adopted in the control system.
