In this thesis, soft starter equipment realized by thyristors power transform circuit is studied. To improve equipment performance, we apply variable reactance technique to AC motor soft starter study. The high voltage AC working winding of reactance is in series with motor winding, while low voltage control winding and thyristors groupware with intelligent controller constitute close loop circuit. We adopt thyristor phase control voltage-regulator mode to control low voltage winding, then control the reactance of high voltage winding, and then arrive at the goal-control the current and voltage of motor AC to realize motor soft starting.

本文研究由晶闸管功率变换电路实现的软起动器装置，为了提高装置的性能，将可变电抗技术应用于交流电机软起动研究中，电抗器的高压交流工作绕组与电动机绕组串接，低压控制绕组与带智能控制器的晶闸管组件组成闭合回路，采用晶闸管相控方式控制低压绕组，从而控制高压绕组的阻抗，以达到对电机电流与电压的控制，最终实现电机软起动的目的。

The national defence basic project as background and the dynamic model of cotrolled transfer matrix for multiple launch rocket was created in order to reduce the initial disturbance of rocket projectile. The causes that affect the angle change of orientation locator were analyzed by the engineering system dynamic theory base on multibody system transfer matrix method. The simulation of dispersion for multiple launch rocket was implementation, and the affect law between the angle of elevation and side deflection and the control parameters was acquired. The control module was installed on the orientation locator of multiple rocket launcher to control the initial disturbance of rocket that provide new method and theory base and show the engineering system dynamic base on the multibody system transfer matrix method is effective.

本文以国防基础科研项目为背景，建立了通过控制定向器角运动来减小火箭弹起始扰动的多管火箭受控多体系统动力学模型，应用基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论，进行了定向器角度运动的影响因素分析，进行了受控多管火箭炮发射动力学和密集度数值仿真，得到了定向器俯仰和侧偏角控制参数对俯仰角和侧偏角的影响规律，为在火箭炮定向器上加装控制集成模块控制火箭弹的起始扰动和射击精度提供了新思路和理论基础，也表明了基于多体系统传递矩阵法的工程系统动力学理论的有效性。

The description of network delays including characteristics and effects are also covered and the uniformed mathematic models for NCSs with four different structures are derived. Furthermore, the controller basing on state prediction and compensating time delay is designed. Sufficient and necessary stability conditions for systems with different transmission policies such as perfect transmissions, delayed transmissions and time-varying transmissions are obtained as simple eigenvalue tests of certain test matrices. And in the end, effects of model error over maximum communication interval are analyzed. Numerical examples show the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed methods.

Currently some different video transmission scehmes have been proposed, such as source-based adaptive rate control, receiver-based simulcast and layered multicast, but these schemes basically follow the traditional network design principles and take end-to-end congestion control and error control mechanisms without the participation of network intermediate nodes, making a series of problems such as session management difficulty, congestion control blindness, feedback explosion, and the difficulty in achieving fairness among different users.
