The assessing methods of linearity errors are analyzed and the test methods of linearity, diameter and roughness are provided and the corresponding softwares are programmed with VB. At last, the test method of roughness without touch-light scattering is proposed.

Friction and wear behaviors of Ti6Al4V alloys against GCr15 steel under dry sliding were investigated on high-speed pin-on-disc tribometer.
