结果：① 0.8g·kg-1、1.2g·kg-1、1.6g·kg-1和2.0g·kg-1剂量的黄芪注射液均能延缓小鼠中枢、神经-肌接头和肌的疲劳，蟾蜍仅有0.8 g·kg-1和1.2 g·kg-1有此作用，1.6g·kg-1及以上剂量的黄芪注射液对蟾蜍有加速上述部位疲劳的作用。

As we know, SWI/SNF is a global, untargeted chromatin remodeler which influence transcription, it perform gene-specific regulation by interacting with some selective activators. On the other hand, no known DNA-binding domain is found in BEX1. So we come to a conclusion that BEX1 may mediate activators interact with hSNF5, and this result in the transcription of specific sets of genes that control the cell cycle.
