手术操作按常规进行，术中宫颈注射芬太尼0.5~1mg.2结果使用芬太尼后，有30例顺利取出IUD：有10例勾环时向外牵拉阻力大，考虑有部分嵌顿，适当用力将IUD下缘拉至宫颈外口，两把止血钳固定，两钳间剪断，拉直后取出；有3例探查无明显金属感，经小刮匙轻刮子宫内膜后牵拉取出；有2例因绝经时间太长、宫颈过分萎缩、探针不。。。
