Based on the relationship between etiquette and law in Chinese history of law,this paper aims at sorting out theories about harmony embodied in "building up the system of morality,etiquette,administration and law simultaneously" and doctrine of the mean in "attaining harmony by means of etiquette",and systemizing and theorizing them so as to use the past for the benefit of the present in building modern harmonious society and the state of rule of law.

Based on a thorough analysis of the character and mechanism of city-retaining-wall structures, the design theories, construction technology, new wall types and development tendency are deeply discussed. Besides, the characteristics of various types of city retaining wall are discussed, and the usual methods for earth pressure calculation are summarized. For the anchored bar retaining wall, the anti-pulling bearing mechanism of anchored bar is first probed into, from which anti-pullforce computation method are obtained. Combined with quite a few engineering examples and spot tests, the advised design and calculation methods of anchored bar are verified. From the abundant spot measured date, an adjusted hyperbolic model is put forward to determine the anti-pullforce bearing capacity. Furthermore, a new type of H-like block retaining structure is advised with its working mechanism deeply discussed as well.

本文在综合分析目前常用城市挡土结构的特点及其受力特性等基础上，针对一般挡土墙设计理论、施工技术、新型结构以及未来的发展趋势进行了深入探讨，论述了城市挡土结构的特点，并对常用土压力理论进行了综述，介绍了城市挡土墙常见的类型，并介绍了常规的设计理论和方法；通过分析比较，优选出锚杆挡土结构和砌块式挡土结构，并从锚杆锚固原理出发，结合工程实践和大量现场试验、对锚杆的抗拔承载力进行了深入研究，提出了用调整双曲线模型法计算锚杆抗拔承载力的方法，对土压力计算方法进行了探讨，对其设计计算方法进行了研究。

To find the factors which have the vital influence on CAP's Audit Opinion Behavior, to verify further the reliability of the model concerning CAP's Audit Opinion Behavior which derived from a normative analysis, to make a systematic explanation about CAP's Audit Opinion Behavior in China, and probing a behavior model which has a powerful predictability, the paper explores CAP's Audit Opinion Behavior by means of lens study which are non-participative experimental method.

In this paper, The influence of heat set and dyeing on the structure of PTT fiber was investigated by FT-IR, DSC, critical dissolution time. The influence of heat set on the dyeability of PTT fiber was discussed, too. Meanwhile, many experiments on the dyeing performance of PET fiber were carried out. The effect of different dyeing temperature on the uptake and visual color depth value and dyeing characteristics of different dyes with temperature increasing were discussed, and the influence of temperature on the dyeing depth were also evaluated when dyeing for PTT and PET fiber in the same dye bath condition. Especially the kinetics and thermodynamics of dyeing with disperse dyes were mainly studied.

目前，我国对PTT染色性能方面研究报道还少，本文用傅立叶红外光谱、差热分析、临界溶解时间等分析方法研究了热定型和染色对PTT纤维结构的影响，探讨了热定型对PTT纤维可染性的影响，同时进行了多项PTT纤维的基本染色性能试验，探讨了不同染色温度对上染百分率及表观色深值的影响、不同染料的升温上染特性、不同染料的移染性能和染深性能以及PTT和PET纤维同浴染色时染色温度对它们的染色深度的影响。

This investigation into the public power supervision in the rural communities in this paper has gone beyond the limitation of most other studies in this field, which focus on the villagers" supervision over the power exercised by village committees only from the perspective of "self-government of villagers. A systematic survey of the system arrangement for public power supervision in rural communities is conducted from the perspective of village administration. It also analyzes the deviances which arise in the operationprocess of public power supervision system in current rural communities and furthermore explores the main reasons behind the deviances.

本文突破了以往理论界在探讨村社区公共权力监督时，仅从村民自治的角度出发，着重研究村民对村委会权力运作监督的局限，从村治的角度对现阶段的村社区公共权力监督制度安排进行了系统梳理，在此基础上分析了目前村社区公共权力监督制度在实施过程中所产生的偏离现象，并进一步地探讨了这些偏离现象产生的主要原因，最后，就如何减少监督制度运作的偏离提出了一系列思考。
