In order to explore the clinical prospect of Peimine, we select acute leukemia patients as objects, and investigate the followings:(1) Relationship between P170′s expression and its clinical effect in AL;(2) Mechanism of Thurberg Fritillary Bulb and Peimine in reversing MDR in AL;(3) Combined with chemotherapeutic drugs, the ability of Thurberg Fritillary Bulb to decrease P170's high expression and its clinical efficacy in AL management;(4) Relationship between Traditional Chinese syndrome and P170′s expression or clinical efficacy.

为了探讨浙贝母的临床应用前景，考虑到取材的方便性，我们选择了急性白血病为研究对象，做了以下几方面的研究工作：(1)P170在急性白血病中的表达及其与临床疗效的关系；(2)浙贝母散剂和贝母甲素逆转急性白血病细胞多药耐药的机制探讨；(3)浙贝母散剂临床合用化疗时对急性白血病细胞多药耐药蛋白P170的逆转作用及其临床疗效；(4)中医证型与P170表达及临床耐药关系的研究。

From the conception of administration of intangible assets, including the definition, main characteristic , the importance of administration of intangible assets is clarified and introduce the theory of human resource and technological innovation about intangible assets, then, I put forward some question in the administration of intangible assets in our country. I explain questions on administration of intangible assets, which are exploiting and using .Attention is paid on exploiting technology and brand. As for using intangible assets, explanation are given to absorption of venture investment , hypothecated loan for financing by assets, absorption of foreign investment. At last, the method is given to assess the administration of intangible assets.

本文从无形资产经营的界定谈起，对无形资产经营的涵义、主要特征进行阐述，论述了无形资产经营的重要意义，并且介绍了无形资产经营相关理论；然后针对我国无形资产经营发展状况，提出我国无形资产经营方面存在的问题；接着，本文从无形资产开发和利用方面探讨了无形资产经营问题，其中对无形资产开发问题着重关注技术、品牌等无形资产的开发问题，在无形资产利用问题中探讨了多种运用无形资产的方式：利用无形资产吸引风险投资、利用无形资产进行融资担保、通过特许经营利用无形资产、利用无形资产吸引外商资金、转让无形资产所有权等；最后，本文针对无形资产的经营提出评价其经营结果的方法。

Based on an analysis of comparative advantage of agricultural products for both China and India, this paper measures the Sino-India trade relations of agricultural products and locates products that possess either competitive or compatible nature between the two countries, with a focus on exploring whether there exists cooperative foundations for them.

本文内容共分为五章三大部分，第一部分概括性地介绍了现行股权激励方式，对现股、期股和期权这三种重要的激励方式，从权利义务、价值和激励导向三个方面进行了对比分析；第二部分探讨了技术股权设计的难点和影响因素，讨论了我国中小科技企业技术股权激励的方式，分析它们在激励中的优势和不足，以及它们之间的区别与联系，并对中小科技企业实施技术股权激励的必要性和意义进行了探讨。

Methodology of implementing the technique of PDM and Method of applying and developing PDM system in furniture enterprises are studied. Moreover, making an example as typical board structure products, the research analyses E-R diagram of furniture PDM and optimizes its data models. Chapter 4 Properness and Deflection in Feminine Writing: In chapter 4, the author discussed and clarified the 'properness' and the 'deflection' in feminine writing in its cultural and era background from three aspects: the positive and negative effects of feminist theories on feminine writing; contrast between different emotional trends in feminine novels and feminine essays; and the undesirable trend of writing in a commercialized society. Also, this chapter explored the possibility of feminine writing's development in text and writing.

第四章 书写的真实与偏移从女性主义理论对女性文本写作的双刃影响、女性写作中小说作品与散文作品不同情感倾向的对比、商业化深入侵蚀带来"欲望化"写作的不良倾向三个角度，探讨和厘清女性写作中的"真实"与"偏执"，并对"女性写作"内容主题和创作双重意义上的"成长"可能性进行探讨。
