We can see that the former research mainly concentrated on creativity, marketing and the brand analysis, most of them were from a subjective angle; and the research from the content analysis angle to make the thorough discussion was so few.

从以往的研究可以看到，关于房地产广告的研究主要集中在对房地产广告个案的创意探讨、营销和品牌的分析，大多是从一种较主观的角度来看问题；而从内容分析的角度对具体的广告内容做深入探讨的研究颇为冷寂，且分析的内容不够全面和细致，变量的设置过于简单。

By this, I hope I shall be able to provide a more wezhaustive understanging of explanation, and, to construce the concept of explantion not as a logical one by distinguishing explanation from logical inference;(2) not as a psychological one by separating explanation from individual's psychological orientation;(3) not as an Ontic one by emphasizing the relevance of the questioner's and explainer's knowledge-states to explanation;(4) not as a relative one by holding that it is possible to get a non-pragamatic standard to differentiate batter explanations from worse ones.

通过对最新近的实用说明论的得失的详细分析，来探讨有关说明和说明论的一些基本问题，力求在这些探讨的基础上得到对说明的更全面的理解，使得说明概念（1）不是一个逻辑概念，避免将说明与逻辑推导相等同；（2）不是一个心理学概念，将说明与提问者和回答者的心理倾向相分离；（3）不是一个实体概念，强调说明与人们知识状态的密切关系以及（4）不是一个完全相对化了的概念，坚持可以在好的说明和差的说明之间找到某种标准。

Therefore it is necessary to research the mechanism of greensand used for high compacted molding methods thoroughly.This subject is one section of the National Natural Science Foundation subject ""Ivestigation on Predicting Method and Mechanism of Springback for High Compacted Sand Molds"", followed of the other completed one named ""Research on Microdeformation of Molding Sand"". A serious of experiments has been done on the reequipped three axial machine under certain technological conditions, and the mechanics, material science, rheologic science. It is systematically studied that the influences on the springback of sand mold were caused by the main influence factors: pressure, compacted rate and the content of soil. Through the analyzed experiments' data, the experienced stress-strain relationship concerning the main influence factors were obtained;under different technical parameter, the springback and spingback's potential energy are compared, the differences and indifferences between them are found out, and the springback's mechanism is discussed;according to the tests' data of YangGuoping coming from Tinghua University, experienced formula of molding sand's springback displacement is induced, the displacement and springback are compared, the margin of error's reasons are analyzed, and they are tested and verified mutually.

本课题为国家自然科学基金项目"高紧实度砂型预测方法及回弹机理的探讨"的一部分，是已结题的国家自然科学基金项目"铸造型砂微变形的研究"的后继，运用力学、材料学及流变学理论，利用改装的三轴仪，在一定的工艺条件下，作了大量系列实验，系统的研究了压实比压、紧实率和膨润土含量对砂型回弹的影响；对实验数据进行了分析和处理，得出了型砂关于压实比压、紧实率和膨润土含量的本构关系的经验公式；把各工艺参数下的型砂产生的回弹量与回弹势能进行比较，找出两者存在的异同点，并对回弹机理进行了探讨；通过清华大学杨国平的实验数据，推导出型砂回弹位移场的经验公式，并与实验测出的回弹量进行比较，分析误差造成的原因，并互相进行了验证。

本文以阐发般若范畴的文化渊源、美学蕴涵为理论探讨的逻辑基础；通过历史地再现般若学与玄学两面展开的理论境遇，凸现它们各自不同的美学品格与内在矛盾；而作为两晋际兴盛起来的般若学和基于般若学范畴展开的佛玄美学对话，是本文理论探讨的重要内容，惟其佛玄美学建构的丰富韵致与理论偏颇，才映衬了中观般若体系生成的美学意义；本文以中观般若体系具有的深在美学蕴涵及其对中国美学特出的范型意义为归结，指出正是中观般若体系实现了般若美学蕴涵与中国美学蕴涵的真正交融，这种交融从体系型态上把中国美学引向了新的生成之路。

It constructs a tentative frame of theories and policies of industrial clusters. It analyzes industrial clusters mechanism and policies. The research outspreads nine parts. The first part states the background, thepurpose and the present situation of the industrial clusters and development zone.Chapter2 summarizes the theory of development zone, which includes itsconnotation, forms and the process of development zone, and then analyzes thetheory and practices of development zone abroad, finding the gap between Chinaand other developed countries and regions. In chapter 3, based on study of presentresearch, this paper discusses competitive advantages and inherent mechanism, putsforward to the necessity of research of industry cluster in hi-tech zones and pointsout that the industry cluster is the key that Hi-tech zones carry out the seconddevelopment In Chapter4, this paper discusses the possibility and their mutualmotivation between industry cluster and development zone from the view ofIndustrial Ecologization, game theory and industrial structure theory; based onanalysis of Chapter3 and Chapter4,the next two chapters underlines thedevelopment mood and mechanism of industrial cluster in developmentzone,besides,these chapters points out the role of government in this mood. InChapter7, this paper discusses the system of evaluation of the performance ofdevelopment zones. At last, based on the analysis above and the present situation ofOptical Valley in Wuhan, Hubei province, the author estimates the performance ofoptical industrial clusters in Optical Valley, and puts forward to the advices about thegovernment, the mood and the policies of optical industrial clusters in OpticalValley.

全文研究从以下八个部分展开：首先，在文章的第一部分，论述了关于本篇论文的研究背景、研究目的和国内外研究的理论与实践现状；第二部分主要阐述了关于开发区的理论，包括其内涵、表现形式和发展历程，并对国外开发区的理论和实践予以论述，由此对比出国内外开发区发展的差距，从中找出国内高新科技园区的不足和先进发展模式的经验——即发展产业集群；第三章产业集群的基本理论，在对现有理论成果作了梳理工作之后，着重分析其竞争优势和内在机理，为开发区发展模式中引入此概念的必要性埋下伏笔；在探讨了开发区内大力发展产业集群的必要性以后，第四部分着重研究其可行性及其互动机制，包括从产业生态学的角度、博弈论的角度、产业组织理论的角度等，为开发区内的产业集群发展的优势进一步展开；在完成了对其必要性和可行性探讨的基础上，在本文的第五和第六部分分别研究了我国开发区产业集群的发展模式和运行机制，以及政府在当中应当扮演的角色，并提出适当的制度建议；第七章给出了开发区产业集群的评价体系，并在此基础上，第八章结合武汉光谷高新技术开发区的现状作出实证分析，对区内产业集群发展情况作出评价，并对其具体发展模式、政府行为及政策建议作出建议。

But from the essence of this event, we can find that the event of the debate on the Buddhist doctrine in Taiwan has the same tempo with the Buddhist events in other countries, or even with other non-Buddhist religious events.
