The catalytic performance of all the amorphous alloy catalysts mentioned above was measured during liquid phase hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol, together with the kinetic studies. The relationship between the catalyst performance and the structure of catalyst, surface electronic state of the amorphous alloy has been systematically studied based on a series of characterization of catalysts . Meanwhile, the promoting effects of the support on the thermal stability and catalytic activity of the amorphous alloy catalysts have been discussed.

本文采用一系列的表征方法(XRD、XPS、TEM、BET、氢吸附、TPD等)进一步研究非晶态合金催化剂的表面结构、表面电子态和催化性能之间的关系，探索电子效应和几何效应对催化剂活性中心结构的影响，探索非晶态合金的晶化失活和载体对非晶态结构的稳定化作用，以及修饰剂对催化性能的改善作用等。

This thesis has carried on some new explorations and researches in following three aspects: A. researching the combination course between rites and penalty law, we focus on the juristic basis, the legislation and the judicative practice in Chinese ancient times, and then gave three-dimensional demonstrations; B. we draw our conclusion about the nature of the syncretism of rites and penalty through paying attention on the interactivity of rites and penalty, not only on the unilateralism of them; C. we discuss on the value orientation of the syncretism of rites and penalty by comparing rites with penalty, which was determined by rank, patriarchal clan system, ethicality and sociality.

本论文在以下三个方面进行了一些新的探索和认识：在探索礼刑结合的过程中力图从思想层面的法理认识、立法层面的法律规范和实践层面的司法活动三个方面的结合分析中，形成立体化的论述；在认识礼刑结合的本质上，强调&礼&与&刑&的互动性，而不拘泥于传统的儒家思想改造刑律的单向化描述；在认识礼刑结合的价值取向上，从&礼&与&刑&的异同出发，点破了礼刑结合的价值取向在于等级性、宗法性、伦理性和社会性。

Methods: Experimental mice were perfused with different dosages of tetracycline. Eighteen hours later, the serum levels of ALT, AST were measured and the liver tissues were observed by photics microscope to find the relative suitable dosage that can obviously induce acute liver injury. Then the suitable dosage was given in the same way, and the levels of ALT, SOD, MDA, GSH-PS, IL-18 in serum were measured 18, 36, 54, 72 h later respectively. The condition of cell apoptosis was analyzed, and the tissues were observed by photics microscope and electron microscope to find the relative suitable time.

先以不同剂量四环素灌胃，18h后检测小鼠血清ALT、AST水平并进行光镜观察，探索导致明显急性肝损伤的相对合适剂量；再以相对合适剂量四环素灌胃，18、36、54、72h后分别检测小鼠血清ALT、SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、IL-18水平及肝细胞凋亡情况，并进行光镜、电镜观察，探索导致明显急性肝损伤的相对合适时间及可能机制。

Two times hydrolyzation of Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) was firstly pointed out in the process of pillar preparation with hydrothermal method. In order to improve the thermal stability, Fe/Cr-Si-pillaring agent solution was synthesized by hydrolyzing Fe~(3+) and Cr~(3+) solution on the surface of silica sol, and Fe/Cr-Si-pillared montmorillonite (Fe/Cr-Si-PILM) was prepared with conventional method and hydrothermal method. Because the technical innovation of preparation is the best way to improve the PILM properties, two novel methods (Microwave method and Ultrasonication method) have been studied to synthesize Fe/Cr-PILM.In order to expand PILMs new application in the field of coal conversion, catalytic activity of Fe/Cr-Si-PILM catalyst in LongKou lignite and ShenHua coal residue liquefaction was discussed and characterized in the last part of this paper.

研究证明：蒙脱石的预处理是可行的，我们以预处理后的Ca-M为原料，研究并优化了PILM的水热法制备工艺，提出了金属离子的二次水解法；为了提高PILM的热稳定性，我们自制了硅溶胶，合成了Fe／Cr-Si三元复合柱化剂，并制备了Fe／Cr-Si-PILM；在PILM合成中，制备技术的革新是改进PILM性能的重要方法，为此我们探索了微波合成法和超声波合成法在制备Fe／Cr-PILM中的应用；最后，我们选择龙口褐煤和神华煤液化残渣为研究对象，探索了Fe／Cr-Si-PILM催化剂在煤炭液化中的应用，希望能开拓PILM应用的新领域。
