The following data were compared respectively between two groups,such as operation time,exploratory rate of other diseases in peritoneum,time of postoperative anal exsufflation and ambulation,hospitalization expense,the amount of analgesics patients need after operation,the incidence of incision infection,adhesive intestinal obstruction and residual infection in abdominal cavity.

回顾分析60例腹腔镜阑尾切除术（laparoscopic appendectomy，LA）和同期OA组60例的手术资料，比较两组手术时间、腹腔内其他病变探查率、术后肛门排气时间、术后下床时间、住院费用、术后止痛剂使用、切口感染、粘连性肠梗阻、腹腔残余感染发生率等指标。

Results:The operative time was 1550min,mean 24.6min,blood loss was 1040ml,mean 22.5ml,the time of anal exsufflation was 1030h,mean 18.4h.

结果：手术时间15～50min，平均24.6min；出血10～40ml，平均22.5ml。肛门排气时间10～30h，平均18.4h。

Methods The total operative time,the time between skin incision and fatal delivery,blood loss during operation,exsufflation time and sickness rate after operation were analyzed in 56 cases of improved uterine lower segment caesaren section with transverse incision and compared with 42 cases of the traditional cesarean section.

结果 两组手术并发症、切口甲级愈合率、胃肠道反应、使用镇静剂、术后第1次下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间差异无显著性；小切口剖腹组进入腹腔时间、手术时间较腹腔镜组少，小切口剖腹组费用较腹腔镜组低。
