损害赔偿

To indemnify Party A for any loss or damages to the leased property from negligent act or omission of Party B or any officer, director, employee, guest, visitor, servant, agent licensee or invitee of Party B (each referred to hereinafter individually as an "associate"), to permit Party A or his authorized representatives with advance notice to enter the leased property to repair any such loss or damage at the expense of Party B.

7.6 由于乙方或与乙方有关系的官员、上司、雇员、客人、来访者、雇佣工人、代理、执照持有者或被邀请人等的粗心、疏忽或故意而造成房屋的损害或损失的，乙方应当承担赔偿责任，并允许甲方或其代理人在事先通知后进入房屋，对房屋的损失或损害进行弥补及修复，由此所发生的费用由乙方负担。

第八十八条用人单位有下列情形之一的，依法给予行政处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任：以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；违章指挥或者强令冒险作业危及劳动者人身安全的；侮辱、体罚、殴打、非法搜查或者拘禁劳动者的；劳动条件恶劣、环境污染严重，给劳动者身心健康造成严重损害的。

第八十八条用人单位有下列情形之一的，依法给予行政处罚；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任；给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任：以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的；违章指挥或者强令冒险作业危及劳动者人身安全的；侮辱、体罚、殴打、非法搜查或者拘禁劳动者的；劳动条件恶劣、环境污染严重，给劳动者身心健康造成严重损害的。

Each Party hereby indemnifies the other Party and undertakes to hold harmless and defend the other Party against any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, disbursements (including legal and management costs) arising out of any alleged or actual breach or failure to comply with the terms and conditions hereof including but not limited to any infringement of the other Party's intellectual property or other rights occurring as a result of the offending Party's fault, omission or activities in connection with the Project.
