The required standard of conduct is that of the reasonable person in the circumstances, and depends, in particular, on the nature and value of the protected interest involved, the dangerousness of the activity, the expertise to be expected of a person carrying it on, the foreseeability of the damage, the relationship of proximity or special reliance between those involved, as well as the availability and the costs of precautionary or alternative methods.

被要求的行为标准是指合理人在其所处状况下所应遵守的标准。它特别取决于受保护利益的性质和价值，行为的危险性，行为人被期待的专业知识，损害的可预见性，关系人之间的亲近关系或特殊的依赖关系以及预防措施或者其他替代方法的可获得性及费用。

Not only does the antinomy movement impel development of human being's history, but also makes nature progress. Along with the rise of modern civilized industry, it greatly harms the relationship between man and nature for mankind to come down on the nature and excessively exploit it. Especially the predatory exploitation to nature in the capitalism and industrialization times and the blind development of economy in the developing countries lead to population explosion, environmental pollution, vegetation destruction, resource impoverishment, and evocable crisis of food, energy, and ecology, etc. All of these inevitably destroy the washy ecosystem. Thus, the existence and development of mankind are greatly challenged.

随着近代工业文明的兴起，人类对大自然的索取和过度开发已极大地损害了人与自然的和谐关系，尤其是资本主义和工业化时代人类对自然资源掠夺式的开采和发展中国家经济的盲目发展，导致了世界性的人口爆炸、环境污染、植被破坏、资源枯竭以及由此所引起的粮食危机、能源危机、生态危机等，从而使本来就很脆弱的生态系统遭到了极大的破坏，人类的生存和发展也因此受到严峻的挑战。
