In the pH range of 6~12, the results of the flotation tests indicate that the performance of the new combined cationic collector (CS3:CS1=3) and (CS3:CS2=2) is similar, and they are effective collectors for reverse flotation of the iron ores. The combined cationic collectors exhibited the same collectability as dodecylamine, but better selectivity than dodecylamine. By using the combined collector, the dosage of the collector decreased from 1 10-4mol/L to 1 x 10-5mol/L .
