From the results of IR and XPS spectrocopy. The cationic sol components H〓SiO〓 and 〓 of the solution trend to adsorp on the surface of electronegative aegirine because of electrostatic acctraction each other, and interrupted the collector's reaction with Fe〓 on the surface. Hence the flotation of aegirine was decreased, on the other hand, there is electrostatic repulsion between the surface of hematite and the cationic sol H〓SiO〓.〓, Which has advantage to dispersion of hematite particles, therefore, the hematite flotation is achieved sucessfully with anionic collector.

根据红外光谱和XPS测试结果可知，在弱酸性介质中，活性硅酸胶体抑制剂中荷正电的胶团H〓SiO〓及〓由于电性吸引而选择性地覆盖在荷负电的钠辉石表面，从而阻碍了阴离子捕收剂与表面Fe〓的配位作用，导致钠辉石的浮游被抑制；而赤铁矿表面由于荷正电，与矿浆中的H〓SiO〓、〓等硅酸胶团存在着电性排斥作用，有利于赤铁矿颗粒的稳定分散，所以赤铁矿能够被脂肪酸捕收剂吸附而选择性上浮。

The 731 oxidized paraffinum sodium salt and ZL were separately used as collector to pick out scheelite from high calciferous gangue and polymetallic scheelite, the laboratory experiment and industrial experiment were carried on. It has been proved that using ZL, the grade and recovery of the concentrate is higher than using 731 oxidized paraffinum sodium salt with less reagent consumption.

In the pH range of 6~12, the results of the flotation tests indicate that the performance of the new combined cationic collector (CS3:CS1=3) and (CS3:CS2=2) is similar, and they are effective collectors for reverse flotation of the iron ores. The combined cationic collectors exhibited the same collectability as dodecylamine, but better selectivity than dodecylamine. By using the combined collector, the dosage of the collector decreased from 1 10-4mol/L to 1 x 10-5mol/L .

单矿物可浮性试验结果表明，在pH=6～12的范围内，新型组合药剂CS_3：CS_1=3和CS_3：CS_2=2具有相近的药剂性能，在其捕收能力与十二胺相当的前提下，不但选择性较十二胺好，而且还能显著提高药剂的协同效应，使药量从单用时的1×10~(-4)4mol／L降至1×10~(-5)mol／L，是铁矿石反浮选的高效捕收剂。

The IR spectra of wastewater simulated with two typical fatty amine flotation collectors of decyl propyl ether amine and stearylamine were studied and the mechanism of degradation of fatty amine flotation collectors by the UV/H2O2/air oxidation method was discussed.
