In Argentina, a group of local Tzu Chi volunteers recently visited a school in Santiago to donate building materials and an accumulator battery. Tusca Bajada Elementary is so remote that it has almost been forgotten by the rest of the world. After a free clinic in 2006, Tzu Chi volunteers have been delivering care and assistance to the students there.
