提出了一种应用优化平衡对高速平缝机振动及噪声控制的方法，在动态测试的基础上，利用功率密度谱分析，正确诊断出高速平缝机振动及噪声源；采用优化计算技术，调整构件的质量分布，实现机构及机构系统的惯性力和惯性力矩的最佳平衡，最终达到减振降噪的目的。
