The result indicates that those four resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs mainly contain volatile oil ,and all contain alicyclic compounds; the volatile oil of Borneolum Syntheticum and Styrax both contain Sesquiterpenes of caryophyllene; as resin herbs , Styrax and Benzoinum both contain vanillin, resin ester and balsamic acid .

结果表明，四味芳香开窍药主含挥发油，均含有脂环化合物，并存在一些共有成分，如龙脑冰片与苏合香挥发油中均含有倍半萜类成分石竹烯；苏合香和安息香皆为树脂类中药，两者均含有香荚兰醛成分，尚含树脂酯，香脂酸等。

by summarizing and analysing the progress on studies of pharmacodynamic material basis of resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs such as moschus,borneolum syntheticum,styrax,benzoinum, and exploring the generality of those herbs,to provide scientific reference for further studies on the relevance of common substance ,nature and the efficiency of restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation of those herbs.the result indicates that those four resuscitation-inducing aromatic herbs mainly contain volatile oil ,and all contain alicyclic compounds; the volatile oil of borneolum syntheticum and styrax both contain sesquiterpenes of caryophyllene; as resin herbs , styrax and benzoinum both contain vanillin, resin ester and balsamic acid .

通过对芳香开窍药麝香、冰片、苏合香、安息香的药效物质基础研究进展的整理、分析，探索其共性，拟为深入研究该类药的共性物质—药性—开窍醒神效应之间的关联性提供科学参考。结果表明，四味芳香开窍药主含挥发油，均含有脂环化合物，并存在一些共有成分，如龙脑冰片与苏合香挥发油中均含有倍半萜类成分石竹烯；苏合香和安息香皆为树脂类中药，两者均含有香荚兰醛成分，尚含树脂酯，香脂酸等。

Anethole accounted for 82.65% of the whole oil. Selective isolation of anethole form the volatile oil was carried out using an inclusion crystalline method with 1,1,6,6- tetraphenylhexa- 2,4-diyne-1,6-diol inclusion complex with anethole . The crystal structure of the inclusion complex was determined by IR, 1^H NMR and single crystal XRD techniques.

Were extracted by sterilize distillation and analyzed by GC-MS, 69 constituents were identified according to NIST MS database, the main constituents were thymol, carvacrol, p-cymene, caryophyllene, terpineol. 27 constituents from this plant were discovered for the first time. The phytochemical study of this plant was also conducted.

ConclusionMicrowave extraction has the highest yield in the shortest time. But volatile oil in Heracleum hemsleyanum Diels extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction or steam distillation has better quality. Thus the supercritical CO2 extraction is the best way.

结论微波萃取挥发油得率最高，时间最短；超临界CO2和水蒸馏法萃取挥发油的质量最好，因此使用超临界CO2是萃取牛尾独活挥发油的最佳途径。

This article reviewed the research progress of anti-bacterial and anti-fungal activity of volatile oil from kinds of aromatic Chinese herbs including aromatic herbs for relieving exterior syndrome, aromatic herbs for clearing heat syndrome, aromatic herbs for resolving dampness, aromatic herbs for resuscitation and aromatic herbs for warming and dredging meridians, and also reviewed our antibacterial experimental results of aetherolea from ramulus cinnamomi, Herba Schizonepetae, Herba Moslae,et al, which may provide new ideas for the development of volatile oil preparations.
