In the paper,the essential oil of Syringa oblate Lindl var affinis Lingelsh bud from Qinghai was extracted by the method of water vapor distillation. After detected by GC-MS,47 peaks were separated from the oil. Among them,26 compounds taken up 88.7% of total peak areas were identified.

采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了产自青海的白丁香花蕾的挥发油，应用GC/MS方法对其化学成分进行了分析，分离出47个色谱峰，鉴定了26个化合物，占总峰面积的88.7%，主要成分是丁香酚、丁香醇、石竹烯、苯乙醇等化合物。

MethodsWith the package rate of volatile oil as the evaluating indicator, the method of saturated water solution,trituration method,and ultrasound method were compared. ResultsThe best packed method was trituration and the best packed preparation conditions were as follows:β-CD :volatile oil=10g:1ml,adding 3 times water,triturating 3 hours.

结果优选出的包合方法为研磨法，最佳包合工艺条件为：βCD与挥发油的投料比为10 g∶1 ml，加3倍量水，研磨3 h。
