Methods There were 100 cases in normal group and 36 cases in group of chest injuries. All cases were performed in volume scan according to conventional chest scan by SIEMENS Sensation 4 MSCT , then performed in thin slice low and high contrast image reconstructions. After that, all the source images were input into CT 3D work stations,costicartilage were imaged by post process software such as multiplanar reconstructions, maximum intensity projection, surface shade display and volume rendering technique. All the pictures were observed and analyzed by two radiologists.

利用西门子Sensation 4 多层螺旋CT机按照胸部常规扫描条件对胸部外伤组36例和对照组100例患者进行容积扫描，然后进行薄层低对比及高对比图像重建，并将重建图像导入CT三维（3D）工作站，利用多平面重建成像、最大密度投影、表面遮盖法成像及容积成像技术对图像进行后处理，由2名CT诊断医生一起对各种后处理图像进行观察和分析。

方法应用骨髓细胞短期培养法和染色体G显带技术，部分病例联合应用荧光原位杂交技术，对42例细胞遗传学检查具有+8异常克隆，16例具有-7/7q-异常克隆，以及55例虽然经常规细胞遗传学检查未检出异常克隆，但是骨髓涂片原始细胞≥0.10，按照FAB或WHO标准既往诊断为MDS的病例进行了临床及血液形态学和细胞遗传学的系列研究。

Methods Totally 173 patients diagnosed as MDS according to FAB or WHO criteria with complete clinical and cytogenetical data were included in this reseach. Among them 42 had +8 chromosome aberration, 16 had -7/7q-, and 55 had normal karyotypes and more than 0.10 blast cells in the bone marrow. Short term culture and G-banding techniques and in some specimens fluorescence in situ hybridization method were used to do chromosome analysis.

结果10例漏出液病人按照传统方法的判断标准检测，有7例被正确诊断，特异度7/10(70.0%)，22例渗出液中，有13例被正确分类，灵敏度13/22(59.0%)，准确率为(7+13)/32(65.7%)。

To these aims, 65 primary school students were divided into two groups by Conners Teacher Rating Scales: behavior disordered and normal students firstly. Secondly , based on the characters scales, we analysed the characters of the initial sandtray of the 65 students. Last used logistic regression on the date of the two ones in order to find the diagnostic characters of behaviors problem children.

为了达到以上研究目的，本研究使用Conners儿童行为量表作为测量工具，将65个小学生被使分为行为问题儿童和正常儿童，再按照研究者在理论和临床经验基础上总结出来的初始沙盘主题特征编码表，对这两组小学生的初始沙盘做编码分析和计分，最后用logistic回归分析找出对行为问题儿童具有诊断意义的沙盘主题特征。

ResultsThis research indicates:according to《primary osteoporosis diagnostic criteria of Chinese》,among the total 168 post-menopause femmes,108 are osteoporosis patients,60 are non-osteoporosis patients.
