On the basis of systematic analysis and review of the current researches, an forest restoration evaluation indicator system on scale of forest type had been developed, in which seven indexes were selected including the species richness, stand volume, species diversity, conspicuousness, coverage, degree of closeness and height of forest communities. The index weight value were calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.

在系统分析和整合了现有研究成果的基础上，初步构建了包括物种丰富度、林分蓄积量、物种多样性、显著度、盖度、郁闭度及群落高度7个指标的林型尺度森林植被恢复评价指标体系，采用层次分析法计算出指标权重。

Forest types had significant influences on the nutrient characteristics of plant foliage, litter quality and most of the soil properties, showing significant difference between the deciduous forests and the conifer forests, the two types of conifer forests dominated by pine and larch, respectively.

林型对植物叶片养分特征、叶片凋落物品质指标、土壤的大多数理化特性都有显著影响，其中，落叶阔叶林与针叶林之间的差异最为明显，优势种不同的针叶林之间也不同程度地存在差异。

The main results are shown as follows:1.Screening freezing tolerant cultivars and lines of chrysanthemumTwenty seven lines of chrysanthemum grown outdoors were screened using \'injury rate\' and \'injury index\'.There were 7 cultivars and lines,which were relatively high tolerant to freezing treatment,i.e.,\'Jinbuhuan\',\'Xuetao\',\'Fuli\',\'Donglin 4\',\'Donglin 6\',\'Donglin 9\', and \'Donglin 13\'.There were 3 cultivars and lines,which were less tolerant,i.e.,\'Fenmeigui\', \'Donglin 1\',and \'Donglin 2\';The determination of electrolyte leakage,and contents of free proline,MDA,CAT,fructose,glucose and soluble sugars on 7 lines of chrysanthemums at different stages freezing showed that \'Xuetao\' and \'Donglin 4\' were more tolerant than others, and that especially \'Donglin 4\' was able to regulate its osmotic pathway to alleviate the \'injury degree\' caused by freezing conditions.2.Protein expression profile of chrysanthemum under low temperature stressTwo-dimensional liquid chromatography was applied to fractionate and analyze total protein taken from \'Donglin 4\' leaves grown at low temperature and at normal condition. Chromatography peaks of fraction were transformed to gel graph by ProteoVue software.

主要研究结果如下：1、露地菊抗冻品种和品系的筛选利用受伤率和伤害指数两项指标对27个露地菊品系进行耐低温筛选，筛选出'金不换\'、'雪涛\'、'富丽\'、'东林4号\'、'东林6号\'、'东林9号\'、'东林13号\'等7个耐低温品系，同时发现'粉玫瑰\'、'东林1号\'、'东林2号\'三个品系的耐低温能力最差；通过对不同自然低温处理时期，7个品系的电导率、丙二醛含量、脯氨酸含量、过氧化氢酶、果糖、葡萄糖和可溶性糖等指标的测定发现，'雪涛\'和'东林4号\'的耐低温能力要强于其它品系，尤其是'东林4号\'对低温的调节能力较强，在低温胁迫下，能够调节渗透途径减轻低温的伤害。2、低温胁迫下，露地菊蛋白质表达谱分析利用二维液相色谱技术，分离了'东林4号\'露地菊品系的低温处理和对照样品的总蛋白，通过ProteoVue软件分析发现：处理样品与对照相比共有蛋白差异点36个，其中显著增强表达的蛋白差异点有26个。

For different silvicultural measures, the mechanical properties of Pinus sylvestris plantations were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the effect of silvicultural measures on many mechanical properties of Pinus sylvestris Plantations were not significant..In order to increase the mechanical properties of wood, growth-promoting and then get the better structure building lumber and glued lamination board, the stands on south slope or at the down of slope, and with density of 1.5m×1.0m, properly thinning could be selected. Results of this study can provide a theoretical base and good guidance for oriented breeding of Pinus sylvestris plantations.

摘 要：对不同培育措施的人工林樟子松木材力学指标进行测试和分析，结果表明：不同的培育措施（初植密度、间伐强度、坡向、坡位）对樟子松人工林木材的绝大多数力学强度指标有显著的影响，可选择阳坡、坡下、1.5m×1.0m、轻度间伐林分进行定向培育，来提高木材力学强度性能，从而加快林木生长，培育高产、优质的结构、建筑用材及胶合板材林。

The CVD is an important index to indicate tree diameterdifferentiating.On basis of dynamic change and tendency of CVDamong trees in stand,three models of square CVD are proposed.i.e.,basic model,stand factor model,and thinning effects model.All threemodels are of mechanism,asymptotic characteristic,and invariance forprojection length.Futhermore,there are compatiability and extremevalues in thinning effects model for thinned and unthinned stands.

直径变动系数是描述林木直径分化的重要指标，根据林木直径变动系数的动态变化和趋势，本文提出了直径变动系数平方动态变化的三个模型：基本模型，与林分因子相关的模型，考虑间伐效应的模型，上述三个模型均具有一定的机理性、渐近性和步长不变性，特别是考虑间伐效应的模型为间伐林分和未间伐林分的相容性模型，它还具有相容性和极值性。

无性系测试林的总平均侧枝数、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、总叶绿素含量和细胞间隙CO2浓度等五个指标，低于半同胞家系测试林的总平均值，其它指标大都大于在半同胞家系间的总平均值。

The rusults indicated that the temperature in forest was lower and the growth of ginseng was slower than out of forest, the yields were also lower; with the increase of ginseng age, the rate of net photosynthesis became higher; when the canopy density of forest reached to about 0.7～0.8, the net photosynthesis, hight, root weight, transpiration,chlorophyll conten of ginseng were higher than others, indicating that both lower and higher canopy density would reduce the rate of net photosynthesis of ginseng, and that the canpoy density of stand could be adjusted to satisfy the temperature and lighting for ginseng, and to provide the optimum ecology enviorment for the growth of ginseng.

结果表明，在生长季节内，林内温度低于林外温度，林下人参生长发育较差，产量较低；林分郁闭度为0.7~0.8时，人参的净光合速率、株高、单根重、叶绿素含量等指标较高；而郁闭度过高或过低都会影响人参生长发育；随着人参年龄的增加，净光合速率有逐渐升高的趋势。通过人为调节林分郁闭度的方式来满足人参对温度和光照因子的需求，为林下人参生长发育提供最适宜的生态环境。
