A new and efficient geometrical correction algorithm is proposed for MODIS IB data, and possesses of the merits of forward mapping and inverse mapping algorithms; 3. Algorithms to remove stripe noise in MODIS IB data are developed, including Fourier Transform, Wavelet Transform and interpolation method; 4. MODIS data composite algorithm is developed, and a 16-day composite map covering entire China and its outward is produced.

本文介绍了开发MODIS数据基础处理软件的基本算法和成果，主要包括：(1)用C++语言开发和实现了MODIS数据基础处理软件；(2)研究和发展了一个普适的、全新的、兼有前向映射和后向映射优点的MODIS 1B数据几何纠正算法；(3)研究和实现了MODIS条带噪声消除算法，包括傅立叶变换、小波变换和插值三种算法，并对其进行了比较；(4)研究和实现了MODIS影像合成算法，并在此基础上完成了中国及周围地区16天MODIS彩色影像和植被指数的合成。

Objectives: To observe the influence of Danshen to the expressions of mRNA and protein of local hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) during acute ischemia reperfusion injury of skeletal muscles in SD rats, and its effects on the changes in erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte deformation index, local swelling coefficient and histology of the left cremaster muscles of SD rats during ischemia reperfusion injury, therefore to discuss the influence of Danshen to the oxygen environment and hemorheology of skeletal muscle during ischemia reperfushion injury.

目的：通过建立SD大鼠左侧提睾肌的缺血再灌注损伤模型，观察丹参对SD大鼠骨骼肌缺血再灌注损伤局部缺氧诱导因子1α（Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1α，HIF－1α）mRNA及其蛋白表达的影响、对红细胞聚集和变形指数的变化、局部肿胀系数的变化以及组织形态学改变的作用，探讨丹参对缺血再灌注损伤骨骼肌局部氧环境及血液流变性的影响。

Results The axial length of eyeball was gradually decreased during the adult years of life accompanying with the increases of corneal and lens refractive powers and a decrease of anterior chamber depth fur maintaining a emmetropia status, and the steepness and thickness of lens, shallowness of anterior chamber contributed to emmetropia by decreasing the refractive index of lens.

结果 随着年龄增大，眼轴逐渐变短，但同时伴有角膜、晶状体屈光力的增大及前房深度的变浅以维持正视状态，晶状体的增厚、曲率的变大及前房的变浅可能通过屈光指数的减小同样维持了正视状态。
