The Three-North Shelter Forest Program covers 13 provinces of China, which brings great influence to the eco-environment of North, Northeast and Northwest China (Three-North Regions). In this paper, the vegetation cover in the Three-North Regions was estimated by using a dimidiate pixel method based on the MODIS-NDVI data in August 2001 and 2007, with its spatiotemporal changes analyzed.

以像元二分模型为基础，构建了基于归一化植被指数的植被覆盖度定量估算模型，并利用MODIS-NDVI时间序列数据，估算了三北防护林工程区2001年8月和2007年8月的植被覆盖度，分析了三北防护林工程区植被覆盖度的时空变化特征。

Study on the driving forces of land use/cover temporal-spatial change. On the basis of the systematical study on natural and social-ecomic factors including climate, population, technology and affluence status etc. during the past 50 years in this area, the multivariate statistics simulation models of LUCC were developed for two periods of 1950's-1980's and 1986-2000 respectively. Then, the Thiesson polygon method was used to the spatial allocation of soci-economic factors, thereby the spatial relationship between land use degree change and socieconomic factor variation was detected within GIS. Based on the analysis of the integrative characters in different geographical divisions, the electivity index was employed to describe the possible impacts of the natural landscape structure on spatial differentiation of land use transition. At last, correlation analysis between major roads and the distribution of land use change was made.

分析近50年气候资料和人文因子在不同年代的变化特点，系统地研究了气温和降水等自然因子和人口、农牧业发展、经济状况等人文因子对区域土地利用变化的影响；从时间序列的角度分析了50年代至80年代初和80年代中期至2000年两个时段土地利用／土地覆被变化的驱动因子，在相关分析的基础上，分时段建立了区域土地利用／覆被变化的自然-人文影响统计诊断模型；针对不同经济类型区选择典型县，分析近15年土地利用变化外在人文驱动力的区域相似性和差异性；尝试以THIESSEN多边形方法进行社会经济统计数据的空间化处理，探讨了土地利用程度变化与人文因素变化的空间相关关系；以优先指数模型和土地利用类型转化率与距交通干线距离的相关模型分析了景观自然与人文结构对土地利用空间转化过程的影响。

METHODS: A model of T cell activation and proliferation was established by stimulated the cells with Con A.T cells were treated with different concentrations of CPT. The expression of CD69, the early marker of CD3(superscript +) T cell activation, was measured by FACS. The proliferation index was determined by carboxyl fluorescin diacetate succinmidyl ester by flow cytometry. The cell-cycle distribution was analyzed by propidium iodide staining.

以ConA刺激小鼠T淋巴细胞，建立小鼠T淋巴细胞活化、增殖的模型，以不同浓度的CPT作用于该模型，流式细胞术检测T细胞早期活化标志CD69分子的表达；以活体染料羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸染色流式细胞术分析CPT在ConA刺激下小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖相关指数；以碘化丙啶染色流式细胞术分析细胞周期的分布情况。

Objective To evaluate the effects of glomerular cell proliferation and apoptosis in experimental glomerulosclerosis.

用RT-PCR方法和免疫组化法检测增殖细胞核抗原的表达，原位检测肾小球细胞凋亡指数。

Results indicated that suppression of malignancy was observed in the hybrid cells, they became differentiated morphologically and functionally by:(1) changes in histochemical staining, nucleus-cytoplasm in ratio, and increase in cell size and nucleal heterochromation, but decrese in cell surface microvilli and number of nucleoli;(2) decrease of growth rate, mitotic index and DNA synthesis rate;(3) loss of the ability to growth in soft agar medium, and non-tumorigenic under heterotransplantation to nude mice;(4) reduction of chromosome number mainly of rat derivative and decrease in chromosomal aberration rate.

实验结果表明：（1）杂交细胞出现瘤细胞与网织红细胞杂交同样的表型逆转及去恶性化特征，主要表现在细胞体积增大、核质比例减小；DNA合同速率降低、分裂指数下降，细胞生长显著减慢；在软琼脂中不形成集落，在裸鼠体内失去了长瘤能力。

With the deflected succession of aquatic ecotype plant functional group,the dominance of mesophytes and xerophytes increased,while the dominance of aquatic and hygric plants decreased. However,there are only planting crops in the reclaimed wetland. In the composition of plant biotype functional group,the hydrophytes reduced quickly with the deflected succession and the dominance of perennial herbs is mostly marked,and there are only annual herbs in reclaimed wetland. Compared with primary swamp,the species diversity index of meadow is the highest,the swampy meadow follows,and the reclaimed wetland is the lowest.

植物的水分生态型功能群组成随湿地的逆行演替，水生、湿生类植物功能群的优势度不断减少，中生、旱生类植物功能群的优势度逐步增加，而在垦后湿地只有农作物；植物生活型功能群组成随湿地的逆行演替，水生草本迅速减少，陆生多年生草本增加占据优势，而在垦后湿地均为一年生草本；湿地植物物种丰富度、多样性指数由原生沼泽、沼泽化草甸到草甸依次增加，草甸为最大值，而垦后湿地则最低。
