Average cell densities, biomass, C contents in the spring of 2004 and 2005 were 171.1×10^5 cells/L, 12.2 mg/L, 1732.2g C/L and 113.1×10^5 cells/L, 10.1 mg/L, 1395.9g C/L, respectively.
