For the open style controlling system, the controlling system nased on the PMAC is built. The layered step-up controlling system flatform is inplemented. Based on the control demand of the welding position,speed and stabilization, the three rings servo system that using the position as the external ring , the current as the internal ring and the speed as the centre ring. Using the Borland C++ builder 6.0, the PComm32PRO from Delta Tau and the SQL Server as the data bank engine.

The design does involved research and devisal about anti-jamming from both haedware and software, constructs many concrete anti-interference installation, such as: interference source suppression, channel coupling check, increasing capacity against disturbance of sensor, double contactor mode, digital filtering, add in blank command, install house dog, install software reap, to have a higher reliability.

该系统设计从软件设施和硬件设施两方面进行了对系统抗干扰能力的潜心研究与策划，构建了诸如：抑制干扰源、阻塞耦合通道、提高敏感设备的抗干扰能力、双接触器工作方式、数字滤波、加入空指令、设置看门狗、设置软件陷阱等具体抗干扰设施，从而提高系统工作的安全性和可靠性。

In terms of memory hierarchy, we investigated how to improve the cache hit rate and localize data according to the characteristics of cache, master memory, local disk and remote disk in cluster systems. As for communication, features of cluster systems and different cluster internal networks are examined. Two popular parallel programming models - message passing model and share memory model - are analyzed in terms of how do they affect the cluster performance and how can we improve the cluster performance.

The system also adopts 16-bit conversion chip ADS8364 of TI company which realizes transformation of multi-channel signals simultaneously and guarantees the isochronism of data collected.
