Focusing on the doubtable results and abnormal stress-strain curves in the tensile test of high grade line pipe body,the effect on test results of sample preparation process was analyzed,and it is considered that strain aging was the main reason caused pipe body tensile test result abnormal.

针对高钢级输送管管体拉伸性能试验中发现的异常值和异常曲线，分析了试样制备过程对试验结果的影响，认为应变时效是造成管体拉伸试验结果异常的主要原因。

The value of strain-hardening coefficient can be determined from the slope of logσ-logε curve, which is numerically equal to the maximum uniform true strain. So the strain-hardening coefficient can be used to evaluate the extend of uniform plastic deformation.

由拉伸实验得到的logσ-logε曲线的斜率即为应变硬化指数，其数值与材料拉伸变形时的最大均匀应变相等，是衡量材料塑性均匀变形能力的力学指标。

The corrosion resistance of nanocrystalline nickel wascompared with that of Watt nickel and polycrystalline nickel plate in thesolution of NaCl and HCl by the methods of static soak and polar anodicpolarization curve and the mechanism of corrosion was analyzed. Themechanical property of nano- crystalline nickel was evaluated by macroscopictension and the microscopic process of deformation and fracture was observedby in-situ tension test under TEM.

Result The flexibility of the scaffold material was powerful. The load-elongation curve of the mechanical testing was similar to that of ACL, the maximum load, the ultimate stress and the Young's modulus of the scaffold materials were 52.61 N, 14.96 MPa and 202.08 MPa respectively. Human ACL cells displayed the representative characteristercs of the ligamentous fibroblasts, and synthesized extracellular matrix, such as type Ⅰand Ⅲ collagen protein. The scaffold materials had no cytotoxicity. Human ACL cells adhered, grew and proliferated well both on the surface and in the holes of the scaffold materials.

结果］韧带支架材料的柔韧性强，拉力测试的负荷－拉伸曲线与韧带的拉伸曲线相似，其最大负荷、极限应力和弹性模量分别为52.61N、14.96MPa和202.08MPa；体外分离培养的人前交叉韧带细胞呈典型的成纤维细胞特征，能在体外分泌Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原等细胞外基质；支架材料无细胞毒性，人前交叉韧带细胞可在支架材料上黏附、生长并分泌细胞外基质。

The sclera samples obtained after one month, two months, three months and six months were axial tensed in pretesting, relaxing, creeping and deforming. A series of dates and curves that represent conventional mechanical properties and viscoelastical properties were obtained.

In our study we used acid polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, analysed Sedimentation test, Protein content, Mixing time, Stability, Max-resistance to extension, Farinograph Quality Number and Extensogram area of the 30 common wheats. 本研究通过酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳，分析了30个山东省种植面积较大且具有部分代表性的普通小麦品种的低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白组成，测定了30个品种的蛋白质含量、沉淀值、面团形成时间、稳定性、粉质评价值、最大拉伸阻力和拉伸曲线面积等面粉及面团主要品质性状，分析了低分子量谷蛋白亚基和醇溶蛋白组成与面条小麦品质性状的关系。
