It is an effective method for ontology development and resuing the existing knowledge to acquire domain semantic information stored in relational database. Thus, a method of acquisition semantic information based on reverse engineering of the relational database and building domain ontology is presented.

In this paper, a novel two-dimensional kernel maximum scatter difference discriminant analysis (2D-KMSDA) is developed for the extraction of nolinear feature by using the well-known "kernel trick". It extracts much more effective nolinear feature and made the true recognition rate raise saliently. What's more, it also offers a unified framework for two-dimensional nolinear discriminant analysis.

本文通过引入著名的&核技巧&，将二维最大散度差线性鉴别分析扩展到非线性空间，提出了一种新的二维核最大散度差鉴别分析方法，该方法不仅抽取了图像中更加有效的非线性鉴别特征，使正确识别率显著提高，而且为二维非线性鉴别分析提供了一个统一的构架。

Results (1)Among 60 cervial carcinoma specimens,the HPV16 E5 positive rate is 33%(20/60) by PCR, 70%(42/60)、58%（35/60）by nuclear acid dot hybridization with HPV16 E5 probe and HPV16 probe .

结果（1）PCR法 60例宫颈癌组织中HPV16 E5 片段的阳性率为33%（20/60）；（2）斑点杂交法60例宫颈癌组织中HPV16 E5阳性率为70%(42/60)，HPV16阳性率为58%（35/60）；（3）宫颈癌组织中HPV16 E5基因的突变率为40%（8/20），迁移位置不甚一致，随机抽取一例E5变异的PCR阳性产物进行测序分析，结果发现在E5片段中有2处变异， nt3979A→C颠换，nt3988T→C转换，导致E5编码区出现1个氨基酸的有义变异。

Since Gabor feature is robust to illumination and expression variations and has been successfully used in face recognition area. First, the proposed method decomposes the normalized face image by convolving the face image with multi-scale and multi-orientation Gabor filters to extract their corresponding Gabor magnitude maps. Then, the local binary patterns operates on each GMM to extract the local neighbor pattern. Finally, the input face image is described by the histogram sequence extracted from all these region patterns.
