In order to direct the construction of plant germplasms by elucidating the relatives among plants at the level of gene, CYP86MF gene analogues from 11 species of 6 genera in Cuciferae were respectively obtained by PCR strategy using gene specific primers designed from conserved regions of CYP86MF gene reported. Sequence comparisonindicated that the similarities among the genes at nucleotide level were over 80%, and the similarities at amino acid level remained above 70%. The differences between the genes at nucleotide and amino acid level between species were 1.0%~ 5.7% and 2.6%~ 7.3% respectively, while those between genera 5.6%~ 22.5% and 7.3%~ 31.2%, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis showed that Brassica was closely related to Raphanus, followed by Rorippa Scop, Arabidopsis Heynh, Capsella Medic orderly, most distantly related to Orychophrogmus.

The third part of this thesis is reactive simulating calculation In this section, some well-known auxiliaries are selected to compute in density functional theory B3LYP on Gaussian 03, from which the relationship between reaction active energies of transition states and enantiomeric excess of chiral products homoallylic alcohols isobtained based on relative reactive ratio theory. Using this relationship, calculations on the reaction of more than eight auxiliaries with four other aldehydes are carried out in AMI and MNDO, proving that N,N\'-dibenzyl tartamide has higher enantioselectivity than others in this reaction.

Methods: According to the mechanism of cough reflex, the c-fibres's role in the respiratory system, and the principle of isosterism. Here, a peripheral antitussive LD was regarded as a lead compound. Amino functional groups, as substituents at the 1-hydroxy group of the racemate of LD, were introduced into the structure of the molecule. These novel compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, MS spectrum. Their antitussive activities were studied on mice in sequential method. The EDT50, the stimulating time that caused cough by NH3 on half of mice, were measured. Then could caculated the ratio R between the EDT50 of the treated groups and control group.

To discover new strobilurin analogues with high pesticidal activity, a series of new strobilurin derivatives containing substituted pyrazole and pyrimide ring, which included 124 novel compounds (73 compounds containing substituted pyrazole ring and 51 compounds containing substituted pyrimide ring) were designed and synthesized. In addition, 36 new intermediates were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by ~1H NMR and elemental analysis, partial compounds were characterized by MS and IR once again.
