The drain installations of city management is an important key link of civicism job, this text aim at the request of the drainage pumping station of city, design and implement a drainage pumping station remote monitoring system, the system falls into two part, upper monitor and lower monitor, thereinto , the function of upper monitor must have: setup system parameter, data pandect ,trends curve, view the alarm, data search, report form print and remote control, upper monitory user can look over the related information of pumping station, and control the pumping station when the pumping station allowable; the function of lower monitor must have: get real-time data and send the data, get alarm data and send alarm data, alarm tips, switch control mode and control pumps, lower monitor is a simulation application in pumping station, simulate the control and running about pumping station.

城市排水设施的管理是市政工作中的重要环节，本文针对城市排水泵站的需求，设计并实现了一个排水泵站计算机远程监控系统。系统分为上位机和下位机两部分，其中上位机实现的功能为：参数设定、数据总揽、趋势曲线、报警一览、数据查询、报表打印和远程控制，上位机的用户可以查看泵站的相关信息，并且能在下位机允许的情况下进行远程控制；下位机的功能为：实时数据获取和发送、报警获取和发送、报警提示、控制模式切换和控制功能，下位机是一个对泵站模拟的程序，模拟泵站的控制和运行情况。

Digital image processing technology,the present reseach level about image alarm system is to separate eyewinker from monitoring image,and to judge whether the eyewinker is harmful according to the size of the area of object,this method is imprecise and suspectable.The image recgnition alarm system isan apply on image processing technology.when a foreign object enter monitoring place,we will segment、measure object,and analysis、judge through proportion characer or invariant monent.the result of the parameter will decide whether the eyewinker is harmful,if the object is harmful ,system will auto-startalarm device.

而本设计的主要特点是基于了数字图像处理技术，目前传统图像报警系统的研究水平是将异物从监控图像中分离出来，然后依据异物面积的大小来判断异物是否有害，它对异物有害的判断十分不准确，这种判断结果的有效性是很值得怀疑的；针对于这些弊端，本课题在数字图像处理技术上的应用是对监控场所进行全景监控，如有异物进入，对异物进行分割、测量，从不同的角度进行了分析和判断，进而决定异物是否有害，若满足场景所规定的有害条件，则启动报警装置，发出报警信息。

Meanwhile, the host computer accomplishes the management of complicated data and control of single-chip computer, and with the use of Microsoft Communications Control provided by VC++, the communication between single-chip computer and personal computer is accomplished. Fifthly, by using systematic algorithm of MATLAB editable intelligent fire alarm system M file, and the user surface of VC++ intelligent fire alarm system, and also with the mixed program of MATLAB and VC++, the combination of the intelligent fusion algorithm and the visible surface is realized and the final judgment results are shown on the user interface. Lastly, the experiments about the effectiveness and reliability of intelligent fire alarm system shows that the system can distinguish fire, glow fire and non-fire source and that reducing the proportion of misreport is realized.

通过VC++提供的串行通信控件MSComm，完成了上位机和下位机之间的串口通信；(5)利用MATLAB编辑智能火灾报警系统算法M文件，再通过VC++设计智能火灾报警系统的用户界面，最后利用MATLAB和VC++混合编程，实现了智能融合算法与可视化界面的结合，将最终判断结果显示在用户界面上；(6)对开发的智能火灾报警系统的有效性和可靠性实验结果表明，该系统可以准确区分明火、阴燃火和非火灾源，对不同类型的火灾都具有较高的灵敏度，达到了降低误报率的目的。

On the basis of study on a couple of prevailing fieldbus,combined with the development of fieldbus-based simulated monitoring system of marine engine room in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners' College,which the author joins,the design and technical features of fieldbus systems are analyzed,the advantages to adopt fieldbus technology in narine engine room are discussed,the basic operating principle of LonWorks fieidbus is approached,the structural scheme of LonWorks bus-based monitoring and alarming system simulator of marine engine room is proposed,and the buildup and function thereof are detailedly expounded to some extent.

摘要本文结合作者参加的青岛远洋船员学院机舱监测报警模拟系统的科研工作，在研究了当今流行的几种现场总线的基础上，分析了现场总线系统的结构特点和技术特点，论述了在船舶机舱中采用现场总线技术的优越性，探讨了LONWORKS总线的基本工作原理，提出了基于LONWORKS总线的船舶机舱监测报警模拟系统的构造方案，并对该监测报警模拟系统的组成、功能等进行了比较详细的论述。

This system can also report the alarm to the unconventionally data and print them. We discussed the newest technology actuality of the ship's engine room monitoring and alarm system at home and in the world, and developed the use of the SCADA Forcecontrol5.0. In order to meet the requirement of the engine room monitoring and alarm in the ship ,we planned and designed the monitoring and alarm system .

通过对国内外最新的机舱监测报警系统的技术现状进行讨论和对北京三维力控公司的监控组态软件Forcecontrol5.0的使用开发进行研究，针对&诺克&号提出的机舱监测报警要求，进行了监测报警系统的规划和设计。

And then,at the foundation of the practice running result, we analyzed and summarized the advantage and weakness of the system based on immunity. On the other hand,through analyzing the existence questions of current intrusion response system,this paper proposes a intrusion response model based on workflows,scheduling problem and J2EE framework. This model filtrates alarm before response, at the same time,it can also predict the coming attacks on-line and make the corresponding response measures .

另一方面，通过分析当前入侵响应系统存在的问题，提出了一种基于工作流和作业调度的J2EE框架构建的入侵响应模型，该模型先对所有报警事件进行过滤然后予以响应，并在响应当前报警事件的同时根据报警信息之间的关系，对进一步可能发生的攻击做出在线的预警并产生相应的响应措施。

Aiming at the problems that alarming signal of gas alarming head lamp at present can′t be obtained by monitoring center and fixed gas detector has small monitoring areas and is difficult to move,the paper proposed a design scheme of multi-function gas alarming head lamp with the function of wireless transmission of gas overrun signal.

针对目前瓦斯报警矿灯的报警信号不能被监控中心获取及井下固定瓦斯探头检测范围小、移动性差的问题，文章提出了一种具有瓦斯超限信号无线传输功能的多功能瓦斯报警矿灯的设计方案，详细介绍了该矿灯的硬件与软件设计，给出了无线射频通信方案及其关键技术。

The design methods and key design points of the fire automatic alarm system for construction of metallurgic industry were expounded from selection of system mode,matching of fire detector and alarm control,division of alarm zone and detection zone,function of fire fighting equipment and linkage control requirement,and system wiring.
