Objective To explore the fixation way with adhesive plaster of 3 bands package in intravenous infusion and increase the successful rate of intravenous infusion.

静脉输液是护士基础护理操作的重要内容，也是临床疾病护理中的重要手段，在临床疾病抢救、治疗、康复中占有重要地位[1]。

Methods 800 cases were divided into two groups randomly, one group was fixed by the conventional adhesive plaster, while experiment group was fixed with the froth adhesive plaster. We observed the needle wound rate of the two groups, the working efficiency and the psychological responses.

随机将800名住院患者分成两组，对照组输液时用常规胶布固定，观察组用泡沫胶布固定，观察两组护理人员被针刺伤情况，工作效率、患者针头刺破血管壁的情况，护理工作者的心理反应。

It is indicated that the keys are early diagnosis and treatment to reduce the complications of EHF.

笔者认为，减少流行性出血热并发症的发生，关键在于早期诊断和治疗，护理人员的护理经验、操作技术和责任心在抢救成功中起着重要作用。
