28例脂肪抽吸术患者作为实验组，普通健康人群为对照组。采用症状自评量表(scl－90)、zung焦虑自评量表、zung抑郁自评量表进行测量分析。结果：实验组的scl－90各因子分、sas标准分和sds指数均高于对照组，差异具有显著性(p.05)。结论：脂肪抽吸术患者存在较多的心理问题，护理中应当注意评估患者的心理健康状况，及早发现其心理症状，加强心理护理，帮助患者回复正常的心理过程。
