系统评估则输入35位儿童加护病房病患之真实数据，经系统进行分析及推论，得到各病患之护理诊断建议清单，并请护理专家检视后以五分法进行护理诊断适当性评分，另列出各病患需以手动方式加入之护理诊断，计算自动推论与手动加入之护理诊断的比例。

为了使护理教学查房更好的适应护理模式转变和未来发展的需要，几年来我院针对以往护理教学查房中存在的问题不断探索和完善查房管理体系，提出改革护理教学查房内容与形式，强调将科技期刊中最新护理研究成果与动向，利用教学查房的形式迅速传递，加强对教学查房知识信息资源开发利用，达到资源共享；在质量评价上，注重现场评价及整体效果测评，以保证教学查房不流于形式；在管理上，建立沟通渠道，完善信息网络化管理系统，充分发挥检查指导和监督的功能，提高管理能力，使教学查房管理实现科学化、信息化、标准化。

护理记录单存在的问题主要是护理人员本身基础知识贫乏，病情观察不细致，描述不准确，缺乏法律的自我保护意识等原因所致。所以加强广大护理人员的法制观念、职业道德素养，培养爱岗敬业精神，充分发挥护理管理人员的监督作用，建立长效机制，不断提高护理记录单的质量，为科学研究和法律凭证提供依据。

Without the standard and the regulation, nursing educators have no guidelines for integrating domestic violence and sexual abuse prevention and intervention into nursing curriculum. This article aims at describing the vision and the schematization, arousing nurses' and nursing educators' resonance, and coming up a common view about integrating domestic violence and sexual abuse prevention and intervention into nursing curriculum. We have achieved our research purpose according to the research findings which also supported our hypothesis, thus we obtained the conclusion that nursing caring behavior is related to nursing quality, this proved Roy's definition toward nursing quality,"It's a consideration, the core of nursing", and also proved his opinion that the real effective nursing quality has its clinical aspect and caretaking aspect; this is an empirical research.

The aim of the quality control in nursing is to continuingly improve the quality of care,however,there were some limitations in the feedback regarding the quality control in the previous nursing administration.

Base line of KAP before intervention show: nurses had more positive, correct belief and attitude to care dementias, with an accuracy of 73.39% at average; but when referring to the knowledge and skill of the nursing of senile dementia, they didn't perform well, and in details, the highest average accuracy was the nursing of safe, and next was the nursing of disease and living, and the lowest was mentality and skill, just 42.7% and 47.31%.
