Abstract］ objective to discuss the effect of two kinds of nursing methods of male urinary incontinence patients to urinary tract infection and patient's comfortable influence of degree.methods 80 masculine urine incontinence patients in our hospital with voluntary will were chose,and divided them into the observation group and the comparison group,with 40 examples each.the observation group used bt-ⅰ high level chamber pot,the comparison group used the catheter.compared with 2 groups after nursing of the 3rd,7th,10th,14th day-long urethral meatus bacilliculture,the severance urine bacilliculture result and the urine road junction partial symptom.results compared the results of urine road and severance urine bacilliculture,and the urine road junction partial symptom of two groups,the observation group masculine positive rate was obviously lower than the comparison group,the difference had statistics significance（p.05）.conclusion using bt-ⅰ chamber pot can effectively enhance the nursing effect of the masculine urine incontinence patients'perineum and periphery skin,enhance the patients' degree of comfort.

目的 探讨男性尿失禁患者两种护理方法对尿路感染及患者舒适度的影响。方法本着患者及家属自愿选择的原则将入住我院的男性尿失禁患者80名分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组利用bt-ⅰ型高级透气接尿器，对照组采用留置导尿管，比较两组护理后第3、7、10、14天的尿道口的细菌培养结果及尿道口的局部症状。结果两组患者尿道口培养结果及尿道口局部不良症状比较，观察组阳性率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论使用bt-ⅰ型接尿器可有效提高男性尿失禁患者会阴及周围皮肤的护理效果，提高患者的舒适度。

目的 探索提高基层医院呼吸道烧伤护理质量的方法方法根据病情做好气管切开术术后护理；适量使用抗生素；加强消化道以及静脉营养；做好呼吸道湿化以及排痰护理；加强心理疏导，调动患者战胜疾病的积极性。

Nursing instructions full aware of adjustability of the body and self-responsibility,using confirmative tone,and based on foreseeing,systematic and scientific knowledge are accepted and appreciated by patients,and are able to persuade patients to participate in therapeutic nursing and self-training,on which proficient nursing care is based.

利用患者的躯体可塑性和自我责任感，使用肯定的语气和带有预见性的系统的科学知识进行护理指导，达到患者接受、认可并自觉地参与治疗护理和自我锻炼中去的程度，是提高护理效果的保证。

Methods: 19 cases of severe acromiclavicular dislocations received open reduction and clavicular hook plate fixation,the coracoclavicular ligaments were reconstructed by freeze allogentic tendons,and physilogica state was commendated before operation,so as to eliminate dread mentation psychology and matching the treatment.efficiency nurse and rehibilitation was given postoperation.

19例肩锁关节脱位患者采用锁骨钩钢板固定，同时利用新鲜冰冻异体韧带移植重建喙锁韧带，术前进行护理评估，针对患者特点做好心理护理和准备工作，消除患者的恐惧和紧张心理状态，使患者主动配合手术治疗的进行。术后予有效护理及康复治疗，并随访评估疗效。

The base of nursing measures lies in evaluating the related factors of causing cystospasm and taking related nursing measures to control illness in embryonic state ,relieving the patients pain and improving nursing ability of professional nurses.

护理对策的根本在于评估病人存在的发生膀胱痉挛的相关因素，并对此实施相关的护理措施，把膀胱痉挛控制在萌芽状态，减轻病人的痛苦，提高专科护士的护理水平。

Conclusion1 Critically ill patients with indwelling catheters were of the high positive rate of microorganisms,and microorganism spectrum was of special properties;BF formed mainly inside the catheter,the occurrence rate of BF inside the catheter was high and the formation time was short;Changes on catheters and the result of microorganisms was positively correlated with the BF formation.2 Indwelling catheter time was the independent risk factors for the BF formatiom, while age、APACHEⅡscore、sex、urine sugar and the types of antibiotic usage were the potential risk factors for the BF formation;Nurses should perfect the catheter measures for critical ill patients,emphasis on the assessment of risk factors of BF formation,and implement special care in high-risk patients.3 In the early stage of BF formation,irrigation could play the role of eradicative BF effectively;While later,it couldn't,but it can delay the speed of BF formation and maturation;In the choice of washing methods,injection type washing method is superior to infusion.

结论1重危患者留置尿管微生物培养阳性率高，且微生物菌谱具有特殊性；重危患者尿管表面BF主要在尿管内壁形成；内壁BF的发生率高，形成时间短；肉眼观察尿管表面改变情况以及微生物鉴定结果与BF形成呈正相关。2尿管留置时间是重危患者留置尿管表面BF形成的独立危险因素；年龄、APAcHEⅡ评分、性别、尿糖定性以及抗生素使用种类是其可能的危险因素；护理过程中应完善重危患者尿管护理措施，注重对BF危险因素的评估，并对高危患者实施重点护理。3 BF形成早期，冲洗能发挥较好的清除作用；BF形成后期，冲洗无法彻底清除尿管表面BF，但冲洗能延缓BF形成与成熟的速度；在冲洗方式的选择上，注洗式冲洗法对尿管BF的清除效果优于输注式冲洗法。

Objective To survey situation of professional exposure of paramedic,discuss the effective inter-fere measure and thus improve the safety ability for professional exposure.Methods 222paramedic accepted our questionnaire survey including general material,whether gloving during nursing operation,punctured or not and wit-ting rate of professional safety knowledge.

目的 调查护理人员职业防护的现状，探讨有效的干预措施，提高职业暴露防护能力方法对222名护理人员进行问卷调查，内容包括般资料、护理操作过程中戴手套情况、针刺伤情况、职业防护知识知晓率等。
