Thisthesis begins with calculating the practical contribution rate of FDI to GDP and theemployment from 1994 to 2005, to analyze the contribution trend in those years, anddraws the conclusion-the increase of capital compose in FDI , the change of theforeign investment way and the improper government action in sorbing foreigninvestment have do harm to the domestic employment.

本文从计算1994年至2005年间中国实际利用外资金额对各年GDP和就业的贡献率入手，通过对相应折线图的走势趋势分析得出结论——近12年里，由于外商直接投资有机构成提高，外商投资方式转变以及政府招商引资存在失控等原因，导致FDI对就业的实际拉动作用并不显著。
