On the base of the brief description of the drive and control system of micro-fluid and the experimental setting of the technology of micro-injection, a novel process of the hydrophobe treating used to mend the characteristic of the inner and outer surface on micro-pipette is designed, which can improve greatly the injected effect and eliminate the disadvantage such as seepage or regurgitation during injection. The author puts forward the way of measuring the inside diameter of the micropipette. The program of measuring micro injection amount is designed. The original data of the micro injection experiment are explained and interpreted at last in the thesis.

The results show that the chlorite jade is in dark green, semi-translucent to opaque, and lepidoblastic texture, with hardness of 2.5, refractive index 1.58 and density 2.60 g/cm^3. It has homogeneous texture and less fissures, and no fluorescence under ultraviolet fluorescence lamp. XRD analysis shows that the mineral composition of the chlorite jade is mainly chlorite.

The "Lvlongjing" samples for the study have the unique dark green to celadon colour, lepidoblastic and foliaceous textures, density of 2.61~2.62g/cm^3, refractive index of about 1.57 and Mohs' hardness of about 2.5. The mineral component of the "Lvlongjing" sample is mainly composed of penninite-a subspecies of chlorite.

It is difficult to be simulated and analyzed due to the excessive surfaces, complex structure and locomotory parts in zoom lens. All the transmission planes taken as the partial reflection and partial transmission planes were simulated with ASAP（advanced system analysis program）and the stray rays on "dangerous surfaces" which easily generate the ghost images in zoom lens were analyzed. Based on it, the zoom lens was optimized and the quality of image was improved by changing the curvature and refractive index of the second reflection planes.
