There are mainly two methods in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis. One is to aimdirectly at the causes by inhibiting hepatitis virus, killing blood fluke, alcoholwithdrawal, removing iron or coin, etc. The other is to suppress fibrosis itself byinhibiting the activation of HSC and proliferation of collogen, as well as promotingthe degradation of collogen.

抗纤维化的治疗一般包括两个方面：①是针对原发病的病因治疗，如抗肝炎病毒、抗血吸虫病、戒酒、去铁和去铜等；②是针对肝纤维化本身的治疗，如抑制HSC的激活、抑制胶原的增生、促进胶原的降解等。

The results show that the steel in different solution has better performance of anti-hydrogen induced cracking,there is no cracking inside the steel; micro-cracking on the specimen surface mainly nucleates at pitting corrosion pits and expands along the polygonal ferrite; the expansion mode is mostly transgranular type, and the expansion terminates in acicular ferrite.
