超细无机复合抗菌粉体的制备采用以Ag~+沉淀物作为晶核，外包裹Ti、Zr等金属的氢氧化物沉淀和磷酸盐沉淀物的多步沉淀工艺，并利用单因素和正交试验法对制备工艺进行了优化，其最佳工艺条件是：Ag~+以银氨络合物引入，沉淀钛锆的反应时间为0.5h，反应温度为90℃，水解反应时体系总液量为100ml、Zr/Ti为0.15，沉淀物经水洗、干燥，于700℃煅烧4.0h；即得最终产品。
