In a pilot hennery, chitosan agents were applied to approach their functions on meat chicken's anti-oxidation activity and production performance by determining the superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities and malondialdehyde concentration in blood serum, and the immune organ index, percentage of abdomen fat, and ratio of chicken meat mass to feedstuff. The experiment as designed as 6 groups, with 100 one-day-old chickens for each.

为了探讨壳聚糖对家禽肉鸡抗氧化能力及生产性能的作用，采用1日龄黑脚大麻鸡6组各100只进行分组实验，喂食壳聚糖复合剂，测定了肉鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶活力、丙二醛含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力、免疫器官指数、腹脂率和料重比等指标。

The results suggest that CGRP has effects of protecting the myocardial injury induced by isoproterenol, correcting the imbalance between MDA and SOD level, inhibiting the stronger lipid hyperoxide reaction, preventing the myocardial enzyme leak from injuried cardiomyocyte and antagonizing arrhythmia in rats.

静脉用CGRP治疗异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌损伤，能纠正MDA和SOD的失衡，抑制过强脂质过氧化反应，并保护心肌细胞，防止心肌酶漏出，拮抗心律失常。

Methods SH-SY5Y cells, a human neuroblastoma cell line, were incubated with different concentrations of fluoride for 48 hr and somle of them were treated with vitamin E precedently. The functional situation of cells was measured by MTT method; lipid peroxidation was detected by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography; phospholipid was separated by a Silica SepPak cartridge and neutral lipids by HPLC.

Results The highest drug use frequency was biguanide. There was 50.9% in the oral antidiabetic drug combination. Leading the first 3 places on the list of drug combination were sulfonylureas in combination with biguanide, sulfonylureas in combination with α-Glycosidace inhibitor, biguanide in combination with α-Glycosidace inhibitor, while there was 16.1% in 3 kinds combination. When oral antidiabetic drugs were combined with other drugs, combination with antihypertensives drugs led the fist, while with antihypertensives drugs led the second.

结果 二甲双胍使用频率最高，口服降糖药联合用药的比例高达50.9%，居前3位的依次是磺脲类＋双胍类、磺脲类＋α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂和双胍类＋α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂，而3种以上口服降糖药联合用药的比例也达16.1%；口服降糖药与其他药物联合使用情况看，配合使用抗高血压药的频率最高，其次是降脂药。

objective:to investigate the influence of soybean isoflavones on the antioxidative effect and improving the ability of study and memory in climacteric rats.methods:forty-eight female sd climacteric rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with one control group and the other low,medium and high dose groups,which were given soybean isoflavones 0 mg/kg.bw,42 mg/kg.bw,83 mg/kg.bw and 249 mg/kg.bw by superalimentation daily for 60 days respectively.the levels of sod,gsh-px and mda in serum were measured,and the ability of study and memory in each group was deterimined by adopting the law of diving platform.results:the content of serum mda in medium and high dose groups was lower than that in control group.the activity of serum gsh-px im medium and high dose groups was significantly increased,so was the activity of serum sod in low,medium and high dose groups.conclusion:soybean isoflavones do have the obvious effect of antioxidation,and improve the ability of study and memory effectively in female sd climacteric rats.

目的：观察大豆异黄酮对更年期雌性sd大鼠抗氧化作用及学习记忆的影响。方法：选用健康更年期雌性sd大鼠，随机分成空白对照组和低、中、高剂量4组。空白对照组给予蒸馏水，实验组每日分别灌服42、83、249 mg/kg剂量的大豆异黄酮，连续60d。第60d取血测定血清过氧化脂质丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力，用跳台实验方法测定大鼠学习记忆能力。结果：与空白对照组比较，中、高剂量组大鼠血清mda含量显著降低，低、中、高剂量组血清sod活力明显升高，中、高剂量组血清gsh-px活力明显升高。结论：大豆异黄酮具有明显的抗氧化作用，并有效提高更年期雌性sd大鼠的学习记忆能力。
