Results Irritative symptoms (78%) and gross hematuria (36%) were the most common symptoms encountered in these patients.Acid-fast stains on urinary sediment were positive in 25% of cases and TB-PCR was positive in 40%.The diagnostic accuracy of IVU,retrograde urography and CT in these patients were 38%,63% and 44% respectively.33 patients underwent a nephrectomy and partial ureterectomy,one of them had a contralateral ureter reimplantation.One patients died of miliary tuberculosis. Conclusions Acid-fast stain remains a major pathogen-detecting tool and the value of TB-PCR needs to be confirmed.

In order to find new kinds of antibacterial agents, a primary screening model has been set with the DNA gyrase B subunit as a target, and then the active compounds of positive strain were purified. From Mycobacterium phlei, we isolated a novobiocin supersensitive mutant M.phlei SS12 and a resistant ~mutant M.phlei RR11 with NTG and UV.

实验采用Mycobacteriumphlei为出发菌株，利用NTG和紫外线复合诱变得到新生霉素特异性的超敏菌株M.phleiSS12和耐药菌株M.phleiRR11，建立了以DNA回旋酶B亚基为靶点的抗结核药物的筛选模型；并应用此模型对1600株真菌和100株放线菌发酵液进行了初筛，获得了38株阳性菌，阳性率为2.4%；对阳性菌株3277的发酵液进行了提取分离，得到X1和X2两个活性化合物。

The results demonstrated that 22 of 50 were positive by PCR-ELISA method while only 7/50 and 18/50 by antiacid staining and culture respectively, and no positive result was found in 20 sputum specimens without Mycobacterium tuberculosis by the methods; Conclusion The pCR-ELISA method can objectively detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis from clinical specimens with high specificity and sensitivity.

Methods A total of 125 tuberculous patients with proteinic malnutrition, who were hospitalized in our department for initial treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis from September 2002 to May 2006, were studied for their hepatitis induced by the first line antituberculous drug.

对2002年9月－2006年5月住院治疗，合并蛋白质营养不良的125例初治肺结核患者，采用标准规化抗结核药物治疗方案，观察药物性肝损害情况。并以同期住院治疗的不合并蛋白质营养不良的初治肺结核患者769例为对照。

Conclusions］There is a significant difference at protein level between untreated and ethambutol treated mc2155 cells. It suggests that the differential expression analysis of proteomes may be useful for further study on microbiostatic mechanism of ethambutol and search for new targets toward anti-TB drug development.

［Objective］To investigate the microbiostatic mechanism of ethambutol, proteomic methods were used to find differential expression proteins in Mycobacterium smegmatis mc2155 cells treated with ethambutol.

［目的］利用蛋白质组学方法，识别乙胺丁醇处理前后耻垢分枝杆菌mc2155细胞后差异表达的蛋白质，为进一步探讨乙胺丁醇抑制分枝杆菌生长的作用机制及寻找新的抗结核药物作用靶标奠定基础。

Results Various side effects resulting from antituberculous agents were confirmed in 302 cases (32.7%),liver injury,acoustic nerve injury, blood system injury, gastrointestinal response of them were primary (82.1%).Stopped treatment rate was 14.6%.77% in side effects occurred within 2 months after administration, but the blood system injury occurred after 3 months.

结果：抗结核药物副作用302例(32.7%)，以肝损害、位听神经损害、血液学异常及胃肠反应为主(82.1%)，因副作用致终止治疗率14.6%。77%的副作用出现于给药的2个月内，血液学异常的50%以上在用药的3个月后出现。
