We report 1 case of ONJ attributed to bisphosphonate administration. The treatment for ONJ included debridement, sequestrectomy and antibiotics. The wound healing well and no recurrent.

我们将提出一个服用双磷酸盐类而并发下颚骨坏死的病例，治疗方式使用大范围清创、腐骨切除术后合并抗生素治疗，术后一年伤口愈合良好，追踪迄今未有再发生骨坏死徵象。

Above all, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, and Escherichia coli are the main pathogens causing bovine subclinical mastitis; the bovine clinical mastitis is usually caused by Streptococcus agalactiae. Antibiotics such as Enrofloxacin, Erythromycin and Kita sermonic show effective on treatment; the preparation of Chinese traditional medicine has great potential on bovine mastitis treatment and should be widely spread.

实验结果说明：引起奶牛隐性型乳房炎的主要致病菌类型为无乳链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌，引起临床型乳房炎的主要致病菌是无乳链球菌；抗生素中的恩诺沙星、红霉素、庆大霉素用来治疗奶牛乳房炎效果较理想，中药制剂在治疗乳房炎上应用潜力很大，应大力推广。

102 phenotypic features of 16 strains isolated from Sesbania ,growing in dry hot valley region of panzhihua,were analyzed.13 reference strains were included for comparison.The result showed that there were great diversities among strains in carbon and nitrogen nutrient utilization,resistance to antibiotics,endurance to salt.

Results 2 cases were healed and 1 case suffered from infection in the neck interspace which was healed after draining, dressing change and antibiotics administration on day 11. Followed up from six months to three years, 3 cases felt well, had no somnolence in daytime, and the somnus monitoring on the 6th and 12th showed that the response rate was 100%.
