阿奇霉素为氮杂内酯类抗生素，日抗基和《中国药典》2005年版［1］均采用微生物检定法测定其含量，《欧洲药典》4.6版和USP26版中均采用HPLC法，专属性较强，试验周期短，但均使用的是聚合物极性柱，《欧洲药典》柱温为70℃，USP采用电化学检测器，其采用的设备在我国药检部门尚未普及［2］。

对强力霉素，美满霉素，四环素，交沙霉素的敏感性最高，都高达95%以上，第二为克拉霉素90.98%，阿奇霉素82.71%，而对罗红霉素21.8%，环丙沙星24.82%，氧氟沙星41.35%，司巴沙星44.36%等敏感性差结论：支原体对常用抗生素有不同程度的耐药性，因此临床上对尽早的对疑似病例进行送检以了解药药敏情况，从而合理，规范的用药。
