Using Colophony-Paraffin embedding tissue section technique and immunohistochemical streptalidin-peroxidase method, we have investigated the distribution of 5-HT neurons in the brain of Camponotus japonicus, compared the immunoreactivity with GABA, and primarily discussed the character of 5-HT distribution.

本实验采用树脂石蜡组织包埋切片技术和链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶免疫组织化学方法，研究了5-HT能神经元在日本弓背蚁大工蚁脑中的分布情况，并与GABA的分布进行了比较，初步探讨了5-HT在各个脑区的分布规律和特点。

Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase method was used to detect the expression of MMP-2, MMP-9, TIMP-1, TIMP-2 in 20 cases of normal human cytotrophoblast cells,15 cases of partial hydatidiform moles, 55 cases of complete hydatidiform moles, 15 cases of invasive moles and 8 cases of choriocarcinoma.
