In subsequent experiments, the antioxidant enzyme activities of superoxide dismustase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in juvenile goldfish exposed to single compound and equitoxic binary mixtures of 2-chlorophenol and 2, 4-dichlorophenol were investigated. Finally, the relationship between lethal doses and effective concentrations in the experiments are discussed.
