Abstract］ Objective To study the roles of anti-endothelial cells antibodies in the pathogenesis and clinical manifestation of purpura.

目的 探讨抗血管内皮细胞抗体在过敏性紫癜发病中的价值及与临床表现的关系。

The results have shown that the SSS method for radiotherapy treated mouse models of lewis lung cancer with both spleen Qi and Yin deficiency, can markedly increase percentage of inhibiting tumuor, limit radiogenic damage to bonemarrow and perapheral blood, prevent immune organs from injuvry by radiotheray, improve immune funotion, enhance the activity of NK cells and IL-2, prompte formation of antibodies, having a good action of synergism and detoxification to radiotherapy on lung cancer.

研究结果表明，益脾养阴法能显著增强Lewis肺癌脾气阴两虚证荷瘤受照小鼠的抑瘤作用，抑制放疗对骨髓造血功能的毒性作用，保护外周血象，并能拮抗放疗对免疫器官的损伤作用，改善和促进荷瘤受照小鼠的免疫机能，增强NK细胞及IL-Ⅱ活性，提高抗体产生能力，对肺癌放疗具有较强的增效减毒作用。
