The invention relates to the isolation and preparation of an active fraction from plant Cuminum cyminum, its further purification and standardization as chemically defined entity with their intended use as drug bioavailability enhancer for the drugs belonging to therapeutic categories such as antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-viral, antitubercular, antileprosy, anti-inflammatory, antiarthritic, cardiovascular, antihistaminics, respiratory distress relieving drugs, immunosuppressants, anti-ulcerogenic, anti-cancer, CNS drugs, corticosteroids, nutraceuticals in compositions to be administered orally/parenterally, topically, inhalations, rectally, vaginally in human beings and/or veterinary conditions.

本发明涉及植物孜然芹中的一种活性级分的分离和制备，进一步的纯化以及它作为化学确定实体的标准化，和它作为治疗类药物的生物利用率增强剂的特定用途，这类药物包括如抗微生物剂、抗真菌剂、抗病毒剂、抗结核药、抗麻风病药、抗炎药、抗关节炎药、心血管类药、抗组胺药、呼吸窘迫缓解药、免疫抑制剂、抗溃疡药、抗癌药、CNS药、皮质甾类药、营养制品，它们以组合物的形式通过口服/肠胃外，局部，吸入直肠，阴道施用于人和/或兽医学病症中。

Main results were presented as follows:Among 21 bacteria strains, 3 strains induced conidia of the pathogen to produce swollen cells on the sites of the appressorium differentation.

本研究筛选到四类对稻瘟病菌附着胞形成具有不同抑制机制的拮抗细菌，并对h23菌株的抗菌活性进行详细分析；同时还测定了毛壳菌对稻瘟病菌附着胞的抑制作用。

The paper also studied the antioxidation capacity of soybean peptides in the food system and non-food system. The results showed that the soybean peptides can prolong the inducing period of the axunge oxygenation and cooperate with hydroxybenzene antioxidant which was more obvious in the food system. In the non-food system, the soybean peptides can control the autooxidation speeds of octadecadienoic acid and diphenolic compound and the effect on the latter was more obvious.

论文对大豆多肽在食物体系与非食物体系中的抗氧化性能做了研究，结果表明：大豆多肽在食物体系中能够延长油脂氧化酸败的诱导期，而且与酚类抗氧化剂协同作用，效果更为明显；在非食物体系中，大豆多肽能够抑制亚油酸的自氧化及邻苯三酚的自氧化速率，其中对后者的抑制作用较前者显著。

The assay of DPPH free radical clean test best is Cissus pteroclada, it has over 95%, in anti-liver lipid peroxidation assay, the best is Ampelopsis cantoniensis, it has over 95% too, and Ampelopsis Japonica has well effect on killing human breast cancer cells MCF-7 but have no effect about anti-oxidation.

抗肝脂质过氧化试验中以广东山葡萄最好，其抑制率有95%以上。白蘝对於抗氧化虽然无特别效用，但在人类乳癌细胞株MCF-7毒杀试验上有很好的成效其抑制细胞生长率为95%以上。

The results indicated that low-dose of Chinese nutgall water extract(2.5、5、10μg/ml)resisted the inhibitory effect of LPS to HDPCs'ALP activity significantly . From the second day , the ALP activity of HDPCs incubated with 5μg/ml Chinese nutgall water extract and LPS increased signicificantly in a time-dependent manner.

结果显示，低浓度(2.5、5、10μg/ml)五倍子水提取物能明显拮抗100μg/ml内毒素对细胞ALP活性的抑制作用，5μg/ml五倍子水提取物拮抗100μg/ml内毒素对细胞ALP活性的抑制作用第2天开始明显增加，并呈时间依赖性。

For most viruses,there is aneed for antimicrobials that target unique viral molecular properties.Acycloviris one such drug.It is activated into ahuman herpesvirusDNA polymerase inhibitor exclusively by HHV kinases and,thus,does not suppress other viruses.Here,we show that ACV suppresses HIV-1in HHV-coinfected human tissues,but not in HHV-free tissue or cell cultures.However,addition of HHV-6-infected cells renders these cultures sensitive to anti-HIV ACV activity.We hypothesized that such HIV suppression requires ACV phosphorylation by HHV kinases.Indeed,an ACV monophosphorylated prodrug bypasses the HHV requirement for HIV suppression.Furthermore,phosphorylated ACV directly inhibits HIV-1reverse transcriptase,terminating DNA chain elongation,and can trap RT at the termination site.These data suggest that ACV anti-HIV-1activity may contribute to the response of HIV/HHV-coinfected patients to ACV treatment and could guide strategies for the development of new HIV-1RT inhibitors.

对大多数病毒而言，都需要有针对其分子特性的靶向杀毒剂阿昔洛韦就是这样一种靶向药物在人疱疹病毒酶的特定作用下，阿昔洛韦被激活成为人疱疹病毒DNA聚合酶抑制剂，因此不能再抑制其它的病毒我们的研究发现阿昔洛韦在共感染人疱疹病毒的组织中可以抑制HIV-1，但在无人疱疹病毒感染的组织或细胞中无此作用然而，加入人疱疹病毒-6感染的细胞却使得其对抗HIV的阿昔洛韦变得敏感我们推测这种抑制作用依赖于人疱疹病毒酶导致的阿昔洛韦磷酸化实际上，单磷酸化的阿昔洛韦前体药物无需人疱疹病毒的参与即可抑制HIV此外，磷酸化的阿昔洛韦能直接抑制HIV-1逆转录酶，将其阻止在终止位点，从而终止DNA链的延长这些结果提示阿昔洛韦的抗HIV-1活性决定了艾滋病病毒/人疱疹病毒共感染的患者对阿昔洛韦的治疗反应，也有助于开发新的HIV-1逆转录酶抑制剂

objective to isolate and purify the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma gondii activity isolated from the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae.methods the antimicrobial peptides of musca domestica larvae were induced by infection and injury were isolated and purified by trituration,centrifugalization and column chromatography.then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity were sieved by mtt colorimetric method and haemacytometry.results it was found that two antimicrobial peptides had anti-toxoplasma activity through resource s cationic column chromatography and superdex g75 gel column chromatography.conclusion the two antimicrobial peptides with anti-toxoplasma activity existing in the haemlymph of musca domestica larvae had different anti-toxoplasma effect.

Dialectic retinopathy,the most common microvascular complication of diabetes is the leading cause of blindness.Many drugs have been used to prevent the development of it.The primary drug treatment includes the intensive control of blood glucose,blood pressure and the reducing ofblood-fat. 糖尿病视网膜病变是最常见的糖尿病微血管病变，目前有很多致力于延缓糖尿病视网膜病变的药物研究，包括严格控制血糖、血压，降低血脂的基础药物治疗，以及蛋白非酶糖基化终末产物抑制剂、血管内皮生长因子抑制剂和抑制因子促进剂、肌醇的补充及醛糖还原酶抑制剂的应用，及蛋白激酶C抑制剂、生长激素抑制素、改善视网膜微循环药物、DAG-PKC抑制剂、银杏叶提取物、抗氧化剂等针对性药物的应用。

The aim of this study was to examine the possible antioxidant and antiproliferative activities of the ethanol and water extracts of four Hydrocotyle species from Taiwan. ABTS radical monocation scavenging, FRAP method, DPPH radical scavenging, reducing power method, total polyphenol content, total The results showed that the water extracts of all the samples had higher antioxidant and antiproliferative activities than the ethanol extracts.

本实验针对台湾产四种天胡荽属植物之水萃取物及乙醇萃取物进行抗氧化及抗增生活性研究，分析方法包括ABTS自由基的清除、FRAP方法、DPPH自由基的清除、还原力、总多酚类含量、总类黄酮类含量、总黄酮醇类含量以及癌细胞增生之抑制，结果显示所有样品的水萃取物之抗氧化及抗增生活性皆大於乙醇萃取物，但在抗氧化活性方面，所有受测样品活性皆小於正对照组。

This research utilized the method of organic synthesis, researching different amounts and positions of hydroxy-substituted benzoic acid and serotonin into amide reaction, so as to produce a series of polyhydroxy substituted N-benzoylserotonin derivatives (compound 1-10). Accordingly, this study conducts the following four tests. I. The activity of antioxidant and the experiment of ability to scavenge DPPH free radical, II. The ability of overall antioxidant—the activity of TEAC, III. The activity test of inhibit Tyrosinase, and IV. The study of absorbing UV / VIS Spectrophotometers. This study use trolox, arbutin, and octyl salicylate as the control groups, and to test the ability of anti-oxidation, the activity of inhibit Tyrosinase, and the ability of absorbing UV. This research ultimately intends to investigate the applied value of those compounds into cosmetics.

本研究主要利用有机合成的方法，将不同数量及不同位置的羟基取代苯甲酸化合物与色洛冬宁进行醯胺化反应后，得到一系列的多羟基取代之N-色洛冬宁苯甲醯胺衍生物（化合物1 ~ 10），进行四种不同活性测试方法：一、清除DPPH自由基能力抗氧化活性测试；二、总抗氧化能力活性测试；三、抑制酪胺酸酶活性美白测试；四、紫外线／可见光光谱仪吸收测试，并以水溶性维生素E、熊果素、水杨酸辛酯当作对照组，探讨其抗氧化能力、抑制酪胺酸酶的活性能力与吸收紫外线能力，再进一步探讨其应用於化妆品上的价值。
