Methods The antimicrobial peptide of M. domestica pupa were produced largely by infection and injury, which were isolated and purified by trituration, centrifugalization and column chromatography of AKTA purifier. Then the antimicrobial peptides with anti-Toxoplasma activity were selected by haemacytometry and MTT colorimetric method.

Methods: 126 patients who applied analgetic entered the study and radomized to two treatment groups :Fluoxetine group (20mg/d) and Imipramine group (250mg/d),then studied after three weeks in three aspects of antidepressant, curative effect,pain affectability and side reaction.

现代医学研究表明berberine具有抗菌、止泻、抗炎、免疫抑制等多种药理作用［1］；崔学军等［2］在总结berberine的药理作用及临床新用途时发现它还具有良好的保护胃黏膜、抗溃疡作用；Berberine与其它药联合使用治疗消化性溃疡的临床资料也不少，但作用机制并未阐明。

The experiments may contribute not only to investigating the mechanism of interaction between ldiotype and anti -idiotype T cells by which immune network are up-regulated, but also to analysing the suppressive effect of anti -idiotypic T cell or antibodies against the antigens on the activated T cells in the allo-responsiveness.

本课题选用小鼠耳后心肌移植模型，用同种抗原特异的活化T淋巴细胞免疫同系小鼠的方法，诱导免疫小鼠同种心肌移植物存活时间的延长，以此探讨免疫网络中独特型-抗独特型相互作用机理，着重分析在同种抗原诱导的免疫应答中，抗独特型T细胞和抗活化T淋巴细胞抗原抗体对同种免疫反应的抑制作用。

Several anti-tumor cell lines and carbonic anhydrase Ⅱ model were established. More than 10000 compounds and extracts from plants were screened using these models and about 10 compounds showed strong inhibitory activities. Two species of plants Inula helianthus-aquatica and Saussurea deltoidea were chosen to investigate chemical and bioactivity constituents based on the results of screening of extracts and fractions. 58 compounds were isolated and identified from these two plants, 6 compounds were found to be new and 14 compounds showed anti-tumor activities. We also studied the anti-tumor mechanism of the compound bigelovin isolated from Inula helianthus-aquatica. Bigelovin was found with apoptotic activity against cell line U266 by lowering the amount of important transcription factor E2F-1 which inhibits the cell cycle at G0/G1 stage. Docking study on 7 natural new phenolic inhibitors of CA Ⅱ and 3D-QSAR study on 61 sulfonamide inhibitors of CA Ⅱwere also investigated. The calculated results were in good correlation with experimental results.

基于以上两种重要疾病和研究组方向，本论文工作开展了多个肿瘤细胞株和碳酸酐酶Ⅱ靶标模型的建立和筛选工作，累计筛选1万多个/次样品，发现10余个活性较强化合物；从粗提取物筛选结果中选取两种抗肿瘤活性强的菊科植物水朝阳旋覆花(Inula helianthus-aquatica)和三角叶凤毛菊进行了系统化学和活性成分研究，分离鉴定了58个化合物，发现6个新化合物和14个抗肿瘤活性化合物；通过合作对水朝阳旋覆花中活性较强的bigelovin进行了抗肿瘤作用机制研究，发现它可能是通过降低G2期重要的转录因子E2F-1，致使细胞周期阻滞在G0/G1期，引起多发性骨髓瘤U266细胞凋亡；开展了7个新的天然酚类CAⅡ抑制剂的对接研究和61个合成的系列磺酰胺类CAⅡ抑制剂的3D-QSAR分析，结果表明计算与实验一致。

Bacillus subtilis str. B5423, Pseudomonas fluorescens str. Pf7-14, nonfluorescent pseudomonads str. P13 are antagonistic to rice sheath blight. Resistance to antibiotic is the character that was chosen to use to mark the strains in order to monitor the population dynamics of the strain on the surface of rice plant and to elucidate the mechanism of suppressing the diseases.

New antifungal agents have been developed over the past years based on the discovery of many new target sites of Candida albicands. For example, Echinocandins, aiming at the cell wall of Candida albicands, showed strong antifungal activities to fluconazole resistant candidas and fungal biofilm. Moreover, because β-glucan synthase does not exist on the cell membrane of mammalian cells, Echinocandins has a low toxicity and a promising clinical future. Though the mechanism of Histatin is not clear, it has strong activity not only on candida resistant of polyene and azole, but also to Candida parapsilosis, Candida krusei and Cry ptococcus neoformans. Berberine and Ocimum gratissimum L. were also found to have prominent anti-fungi activities.

近年来相继提出了许多抗白念珠菌药物作用的新靶点并成功开发出一些活性强大，疗效确切的抗真菌药，如以真菌细胞壁为靶点开发出棘白菌素类药物卡泊芬净、米卡芬净等，该类药物主要抑制β-葡聚糖合成酶，体外对氟康唑耐药的念珠菌属及真菌生物被膜表现出强大的抗菌活性，又由于β-葡聚糖合成酶在哺乳类动物细胞内不存在，故具有高效低毒的临床效果，是一极具前途的新型抗真菌药；以真菌细胞膜为靶点开发出Histatin类药物，虽然作用机制目前还不完全明了，但其作用不同于临床常用的多烯类和氮唑类，并已经发现Histatin5对两性霉素B和氮唑类耐药的念珠菌有效，并且对非白念珠菌如光滑念珠菌、克柔氏念株菌、隐球菌等也有杀灭作用；通过对植物药物的研究发现黄连素和丁香罗勒Ocimum gratissimum L。
