目的 ：探讨癌胚抗原免疫细胞化学方法在诊断脑膜癌病(meningealcarcinomatosis，MC)中的作用。方法：对1 3例确诊为MC患者的 2 1份脑脊液标本、5例非MC患者的 7份标本分别进行常规脑脊液细胞学检查和CEA免疫细胞化学检查。

Objective To research the specificity of antigen from group A streptococcal cell membrane in procoagulant activity assay for the diagnosis of rheumatic carditis.

目的 研究A组乙型溶血性链球菌菌膜抗原在外周血淋巴细胞促凝血活性试验中诊断风湿心肌梗死性心脏炎的特异性。

PCA is of specific significance for detecting the activity of rheumatic carditis and its specificity is based on the specific antigen from groups A streptococal membrane.

以链球菌菌膜为促凝刺激物的PCA试验在判断风湿心肌梗死性心脏炎方面具有特异性，其特异性取决于所用的刺激原为特异性抗原。

Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes,sera of 55 patients with rheumatic carditis and a specific antigen from group A streptococcal cell membrane were prepared and used as stimulants to test the heart tissue cell procoagulant activity in culture.

用风湿性心脏炎患者的外周血淋巴细胞、血清及A组乙型溶血链球菌膜抗原作为刺激物，测定体外培养的人胚心肌细胞促凝血活性。

A specific antigen from group A streptococcal cell membrane and 1% PHA used as a stimulant to test the peripheral blood lymphocyte adherence inhibition percent and procoagulant activity in 30 cases of active rheumatic carditis, 24 cases of inactive rheumatic carditis and 38 cases of normal controls.

结果 患者的外周血淋巴细胞能使HPCA明显升高；静止期风心病、风湿性关节炎、其他疾病对照组及健康对照组患者的外周血淋巴细胞均无此特性，迁延活动型风湿性心脏炎患者的血清及A组乙型溶血链球菌膜抗原对HPCA也无直接影响。
